I had just had a really bad experience with a locally owned pizza place when I put in my order at Howie’s. I decided, instead of posting a bad review for the other place, I’d post a good review for the good experience instead. Online ordering was super easy and efficient, order was ready on time, and the worker who waited on me was super friendly. Pizza was tasty. Also, love that you have junior pizzas! Thanks for redeeming my dinner!
Typical large chain take out pizza joint. Nothing to say more than that.Edit: The Jackson branch has really been stepping up their game lately. The last couple of times we've ordered for work or home have been pretty good. Love the garlic butter and stuffed crust.
Came home after working all day ordered 4 large calzone An one small ham and cheese calzone there wasn't hardly any ham on it when I called to tell the manager he said he's sorry. Well he is right he is sorry. A sorry manager for sure this was on west ave. and north. in jackson not worth the money or time for sure.
Worst experience. Employee running his hands threw his hair then proceeded to make food. They usually the best pizza in Jackson and our pizza was horrible

I ordered a large and medium pizza with cheeser bread along with 2 extra sauces for the bread. I ordered for later time of 2 hours. Not only did it show up almost 20 minutes late, but was delivered with absolutely no sauces, even when I paid for two extra sauces. I brought this concern up to the delivery driver immediately, they told me to call the store. I did call the store, they told me they could refund money or give me credit for my next visit. I told them to deliver my sauces that I already paid for, said they could not comply.
Food really cold. Rotted vegetables for my sub. Waited almost two hours for it to be delivered. Realize that employees / drivers are hardto find due to the pandemic but don't spend your hard earned money on ordering out, better off doing it yourself!
