The wait on the phone was 10 minutes prices were high had to drive across town cuz they didn't deliver for some reason the staff were rude and the meat lovers pizza I ordered had barley any meat on it it was ridiculous I mean it was mainly just cheese Happy's used to be my favorite pizza place but I will never spend my money there again I was extremely unsatisfied
I didn't even eat what I ordered I threw it away. got overcharged for a large salad. I guess people think it's amusing to have a 10 minute conversation over the top of your food. guess you could wear a mask and gloves if you want. but why bother
Ordered wings and rib tips, the rib tips were tough and the wings were very very small and they charged $26, last time ordering from here, until their quality improves
Ordered a couple days ago during snowstorm. They called immediately to let me know they were out of the cheesecake. Asked what I would like in its place. Fabulous customer service. Definitely know it’s new owners. Thank you.
Looks like this place really does have a new owner so we ordered 2lbs of rib tips, fries & breadsticks via Door Dash. Food was hot and delicious! I'm still not ready to order pizza from this place lol but the rib tips were fire!
I thought of giving Happy's pizza another try and I was very happy I did. Very friendly and pleasant when ordering by phone and the pizza are top in my book
Limp, slippery, undercooked pizza. Chicken is great. Pizzas pretty good if you put it back in the oven for a few
I was happy to see Happys open again. I never had any bad experiences, but after reading the recent negative reviews it was pretty obvious why they switched owners. Today was my first time back since they closed and everything was great!! Even got greeted by the new owner and got to have a chat with him. This was my go to spot mainly for convenience but for the price and quality it is definitely worth it.
Went to pick up a door dash order and patiently waited for ten minutes. Employees seemed happy to chat with several friends who came into the store, but did not acknowledge me. Employees trained vulgar remarks with each other loud enough for customers to hear. Extremely uncomfortable environment. I won’t give money to this place myself after hearing scandals regarding their past employees.
I ordered a pizza sub for lunch, the girl said it would be 10 mins. I arrived 15 mins later and my food was not done, it was forgotten about. No apology, no rush, i had to sit and wait while her andthe man cursed back and forth at each other. The girl did not wash her hands after using the phone and register. Just bare handed grabbed a bun And started my sub. I was on my lunch break which I feel was wasted because when I got back to the office, my sub was so burnt I could not bite the bun. The veggies were not cooked with it. They were put on raw afterward. Horrible service a s.s horrible customer service. They knew how burnt it was and still gave it to me. Will never order from that Happys again.
