I never complain about food or leave reviews. Ive been in the food industry and managment for awhile but this was the worst Mexican food I've ever had! No flavor what so ever and my corn tortillas were completely raw! I don't even know how someone can serve food like that! $30 bucks down the drain and I had to get something else, so ever more money wasted!
The taste just Wasnt there. I would Not Go back. Friendly Staff Though.
My husband , our 3 daughters and I went to have dinner here tonight and were blown away by the amazing service and the delicious food! Every staff members greeted us whenever we passed and the food was at our table in 15 minutes. The price was fair and our waitress was so great, checking on us but giving us time to enjoy our family time. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great food in Jackson!
First time there tonight, we got our chips and salsa, which was good. 10 mins later no water or drink order. Long story short, it was the owner that sat us and had the worst customer service skills, we got a waitress attention and she was trying to help and apologize for the wait, the owner stepped in and not only did she disrespect us, but to the waitress that was trying to help and call her out saying she was our waitress and to not blame her, and the waitress was not informed by the manager, doing this in front of customers is very unprofessional, and to lie.... We respect all restaurants during this time, to get this upset is not the normal for us, we are patient and respectful customers. We were looking forward to try their food, but we don't support a manager that disrespect customers and employees.
Delicious and definitely a calm atmosphere. Highly authentic! The food is AMAZING! I would definitely say the chef knows what they’re doing and is highly qualified! Ate. Died. Reborn. Never the same again. Good music to eat to and watch the traffic. I’d say that drinking here would be good, but I don’t drink.
We were in on 05/05 so it was pretty busy, I wasn't expecting any better than average. We seated ourselves, that's how they roll there. First time ever being there was treated like we had been there 100x\\n\\nStarted with the chunky guacamole. Fantastic!!\\nI had street tacos dinner. Tacos lingua (tongue) 3 with cilantro and onion. VERY GOOD. The 3 sauces they serve withe the tacos are Awesome. Very nice heat and great flavor. I liked green best.\\n\\nI'm pretty sure the there is an actual chef in the kitchen.
Their service was top notch and the food...... Killin it! must try this place out, you won't be disappointed!!!
First time there and we will be back. Food was good, staff was truly attentive. Our party had 4 different dishes, and all were flavorful. Have been to many Mexican restaurants, and I score this an 8 out of 10. The only thing I would criticize is staff discussed getting cigarettes and going out to smoke. Would recommend No congregating of family, staff and friends at the corner of the bar. In addition, piped in music would be nice, not just the staff in the back like it.
Place is pretty good, Lucero’s is better, and the Los Tres Amigos over by The Crossing area is also better than this place. Still not bad food, but not great either. For some reason I felt a bit uncomfortable while I was there, the employees give off a weird vibe. Probably won’t be back due to the simple fact their is better Mexican food in town.
Food good and as ordered. Would be a 5 star if more attentive waitstaff. Will go again like I said food was really good. Staff very friendly but not attentive. I still give it a 5 but really a 4.
