I’ve been going to this one for years!!! The service isn’t the same and my drink is never like it use to be

Came in the drive-thru and ordered and turkey sausage egg and cheese sandwich with no cheese and hash browns. They put cheese on the sandwich and the hash browns were burnt and old. Tried calling to see if they'd make it right. I'll be going in to have them remake my food but there's no reason the food shouldn't be fresh. And if y'all are lactose intolerant like me you know you can't eat a sandwich with cheese. At least they got my coffee right lol. The worker was kind and had good manners though.

I always order an iced coffee with mocha...they always make it perfect and it's cheap! Winning.

People here are always friendly. I know the staff may be small, but we usually don't have too long of a wait. Drinks are tasty.

Ordered food online at 615 arrived at the location to pick up the food. It was never made the response when I asked for the food at 630 was we already cleaned the kitchen and we did not want to make the food and dirty the kitchen. Wow I understand you close at 7 but it was 2 stuffed bagels really.

Not good at all. Ordered bacon egg and cheese bagel got it home and bagel burnt. Ordered the vanilla donut and sprinkles which showed a picture of a cake donut with vanilla frosting and sprinkles and I got a glazed donut with vanilla frosting and sprinkles ... Yuk! Called to complain and was told they don't even make cake donuts but had them pictured outside on drive thru sign.

Good place for coffee, donuts are good, but they run out and don't make any more, for a donut place you would think they would have them all day...it is called Duncan DONUTS!
