Place makes good pizza don’t get me wrong. We waited an hour after being told 30 min. Just sat in the parking lot going back in twice to be told it still wasn’t ready. Asked if they could throw in a ranch for the wait and told me “no you have to pay for that”. Tip: don’t expect too much of these Jackson workers. It’s just ranch, how cheap can you get
Always pleasant to be here. They always make sure that their customers are well served and satisfied. I’m very impressed with their customer service for going above and beyond. ???
Salad was horrible. Price was crazy for just 2 salads. Could have had a better salad and cheaper if I had bought the stuff at Walmart and made it myself. Will not be ordering from here again. If I could give negative stars I would.
Cottage is our favorite pizza place in town. We order from then everything and when our company does a lunch event. They have good parking and are handicap accessible.
They are robbing people with gluten allergies. $17 for a small three topping gluten free soggy under cooked and overly salty pizza. Otherwise the calzone was delicious and reasonably priced. The customer service was wonderful and informative. Unfortunately we won’t be back though.
Ordered Bbq Chicken Pizza and a Ham, Onion lite sauce Pizza and Bacon Cheese Bread and it's very good and very fulfilling worth trying out!
We order Cottage Inn Deliver every Thursday. Today I noticed their site was updated and my user name was not found. I called them to ask what happened and was told I lost all my points and basically I should have known because they have a sign posted IN their restaurant. We're in the middle of a pandemic. Why in the world would I walk in anywhere that can deliver to me? You had my email address (because it's 2022). Switching Thursday pizza night to Jets. If you like companies who take away points you get from being a good customer and waiting 2 hours for a delivery on a week night-stick with this place.
Discovered this place when Jetts pizza would no longer take online orders. They have excellent deep dish pizza with really good flavored crust. Toppings are fresh and a good variety. The flavorful vegetarian is our favorite. Ordered online and picked up on time.
This is my favorite Pizza Place in Jackson. There "innsticks" are so good! they also have homemade ranch dressing and i could drink it its so amazing. the only downfall i could really say about this place is that delivery takes forever, but its worth it. i have never received a cold order once it reached my house.
We ordered the BLT and a pepperoni last night. I was on my second BLT and got a long hair that was baked into the cheese. Today while my husband was eating the breadsticks he had a hair baked into that. I used to love Cottage Inn but I am sad that people aren't wearing hairnets and this happened. ?
