Their ice cream is great, but they are never open at the times listed. I've went there multiple times in the past year well before closing time, and nobody is there.
Tried to stop by at 7:30 pm for ice cream and no one was answering the drive through after we sat there for a while, pulled up to the window and there was a hand written sign saying sorry were closed. Drove pretty far out of my way to come here for them to be closed during their normal business hours!!! Very angry
Closed on a Friday at 5:30 P.M. Very disappointed. Lights were off. Website says open till 10 P.M.

Waited in the drive-thru for 20+ minutes to place an order for 2 medium shakes. Waited another 15 for them to be made, came out as a bit more than flavored milk. I've gone to a few Cold-Stones and they have always been great, but this one is the worst so far. Would not recommend.

Their ice cream is great, but staff needs education on how to properly use gloves. They had one staff member wearing gloves while making food, which is good, but... he used the same gloved hand to adjust his headset. He also had the same gloves on to make a wrap (or two) and used same gloves to close the lid on the device to heat/cook the wrap, while coughing. Gloves seemed kind of pointless after watching all that.
Was in this store for 10-15mins trying to order icecream and smoothies. The employee had no ideal how to do their job and the manager was no where to be found. Sadly I gave up and just bought the icecream for my kid, probably won't go here again nor will I recommend this location to anyone.
I've never actually went to cold stone creamery..I was at Tim Hortons.
