Employee nice but didn't care for melt burger
The fries are always hot and they never forget to salt them. The app has great coupons. Once you pull into the drive thru you're stuck between the curb and a fence line with no way out.
I wish I could leave 0 stars, not the first time with this BK SO...I'll leave a better review when they have workers who pay better attention to their customers and their orders rather than themselves, giggling & laughing, hanging out the window yelling and "bring me my phones so I can order food" to her coworker... as she hands us what looked to be our order, It was except for 1 missing BK and one of my orders of poppers was chicken nuggets... you knew what you were doing. Do better or dont work.This was Fri March 18th at exactly 5:45pm.
there were fast and the food was hot. they got my order correct. so overall I have no complaints.

Wasn't bad my food was cold but I was starving so ate it but staff was super nice
I never had a worse experience in my life. Avoid this store at all costs. Their employees are not kind or helpful and your app stinks. Who has an app that takes your order but when you go to pick up they say you didn't order or offer who to contact for a refund your app didn't send them. It took 3 trips to this store to get a 37¢ whopper. Not at all worth the Hassel. I will not be back.
Order was about 1/4 wrong.So had to wait extra time to go back to drive thru and then try to explain again.Then wait again.I think they are trying to rush their orders out so it looks like a mess.
Friendly people on the drive thru and came out fast
I came here on Wednesday, Oct 13, at 5 ish, i got a hamburger and small fry, she charged me $4. It should of been $2.39. I wonder how many people she overcharges everynight?????
