Food was good, service was to notch. Prices were decent, and portions filled us up. Great atmosphere also.

Amazing! I had not been here for several months, last time it was OK… Not great Not bad … just OKToday however, it was phenomenal.The wait staff is amazing, the food was delicious, the music was not too loud the heat was not too hot everything was just as it should be. Way to go Bob Evans I will be back!
I go for the country fried steak and biscuits. Delicious! The staff do a great job, especially during the pandemic. The grilled chicken salad is also a great choice.
First plate of food was a breakfast plate instead of over medium eggs they came over easy which to me is like snot. So I ordered a BLT and fries it came with the lettuce with black slimy stuff. So they took both meals off of our bill and I did not eat. I was charged for my drink. My husband's meal and his drink along with my drink came to over $20 so I used the gift cards that the manager had given me from before where our food was nasty. I cannot believe that one meal and two drinks was close to the $30 that we were given in gift cards. I should check with Mike the store manager again but I probably won't because I probably won't be going back to that store.
The wait staff was really good unfortunately my wife had to send her food back twice and have it taken off the bill kind of a common occurrence there

It took 3 tries and a manager to get my order correct. Simple order... Coffee and the Everything breakfast (hash browns, eggs, sausage, bacon, ham, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, scallions and hollandaise sauce) without ham.First thing- the coffee was lukewarm. I waited over 5 minutes for the waitress to come back and she brought me hot fresh coffeeSecond thing- I ordered the Everything Breakfast without ham.First attempt- it had ham. Second attempt- no ham, but it didn't have scallions, tomatoes or cheese, and it was cold.Third attempt- the manager came over and he saw my plate and told me what it was missing. He bought my hot food, correctly prepared, 6.5 minutes later. Great customer service and save!
