I go here daily and the coffee/bagels are good 90% of the time. All of the workers are nice and friendly. The 3 stars is for the wait time. There could be 2 or 6 cars in the drive thru and it's always a 20 min or so wait.
Went there this morning. Ordered two drinks and a bragel. The worker making the drinks was awesome and pumping the drinks out quickly, however the other two had no idea what to do with their lives. The sausage egg and cheese bragel i got, ended up being a raw bagel with just sausage and egg, no cheese or cream cheese, as well as taking half an hour to leave the store with everything i had ordered. one of the workers making the food was acting like he did not want to be there and that we (the customers) were an inconvenience. if you’re going to work where your job is largely customer service based, then you should probably put on a happy face and do that job, otherwise you are going to get a lot of bad reviews.
Prices are a little high didn't have the coffee I wanted but the staff were friendly
My wife has been coming here for a few years now and has had nothing but great experiences. Every time I pick a coffee up for my wife I'm greeted with friendly faces.
Even our dog loves to get a pup cup! Do not leave your furry friends at home if you go here!
This place has really gone down hill the last few months. The coffee is so weak it's unbearable. I got a carmel marvel this morning with an extra shot, no whip and got a hot cup of milk and caramel topped with an excessive amount of whipped cream.I realize that those drinks have a lot of milk but what I received today was just disrespectful. I normally wouldn't complain but when your spending 8 bucks for a latte I want some espresso in it. This has happened every single time I've gone there in the last few months and I've definitely learned my lesson.
Customer service is great! Sometimes it takes a little longer to get through the drive through, but with friendly faces, waiting is the least of my worries!
Rude manager. Got the order wrong twice and waited for over 30 minutes. They were swamped with customers so I was understanding but the manager needs people skills.
