I just ordered a gyro after waiting in the drive thru lane for 40 minutes. The sandwich wasn’t the correct meat and then they didn’t wrap it correctly, I go to wrap it and all the sauce ended up all over my clothes. What a joke. Plus the person that took the order didn’t listen when giving the order and I had to give it multiple times. Arby’s owes me an apology and a new shirt as this one’s ruined. I was a long time customer but not any longer.

I dropping this to one star, because for the 4th time in recent memory I ordered from the drive through and I wasn't given my full order. I've gotten into the habit of checking when I go. This time after I told the employee I was missing a few things, he hurried back and handed me a 2nd bag which still didn't have the rest of my order. After checking and asking for the rest I was finally given a 3rd bag with the rest of the order. (minus the sauce the meal come with)The food here is a little pricey, but it does taste great every time.

Tried for the first time the crispy fish sandwhich.....WOW, it was sooo good! Also the small shamrock shake. Another winner!I will be back for certain

Honestly the only place in Jackson Michigan that I've only had to complain about one time they said they'd send me some coupons and never did but whatever. Besides that one issue Foods always hot fresh and yummy and they have the biggest Shake in town for $4.65 with tax included

I think this is the best Arby's in town. Food is always good and fresh. They have a very friendly staff...

Good food. Service ok . drive thru depending on line and orders placed in front of you ok.

Our order was wrong. The food we did get was satisfactory

Great staff and were quick and accurate with my order

Under rated. Consistent, clean, delicious. The rueben is good. The gyro is good. My coworkers like it. All good. The 2 for $6 chicken sandwich deal is great. Their curly fries are chronic hot, they are even good COLD. ?

The Fry's were cold not even warm and the chicken strips were over cooked and hard to chew, usually no problems. Cooks need to take pride in 1. Been there done it.
