The food was good but the service was very slow, friendly but slow.
I waited at the window for 5 minutes, pulled off, then went back around when the person behind me was helped. Ordered and when I got to the window it opened and I was slapped in the face with the smell of liquor and met with a bad attitude when asked if I could add something to my order at the window. The fries are somehow still frozen and absolutely disgusting. Rachel was unprofessional and snotty. Something seriously needs to happen and I will be calling in the morning. DO NOT GO THERE.
This is just your typical Arby's. If I am giving it 2 stars means it was not a normal experience. This isn't a 5 Star establishment but doesn't make this a bad place. But with saying that I also received a terrible order today. 1. the food wasn't hot and that could be a direct cause from my 2nd reason I gotta complain. While I was looking through the food to see if everything was in there the boneless wings sauce was so OVER FILLED with sauce it leaked all over on my passenger seat. Video included showing how much sauce was still in the box even after a bunch was on my seat. Not kidding it was a lot. I spent so much time cleaning up my seat, all the other food got cold. By the time I got it all cleaned I didn't wanna go in and complain or make a scene so I just began eating my food but then I opened up my beef and cheddar and it had a slice of beef on top of the bun which I thought was strange but under the beef it revealed a ripped apart bun on top. Which tells me they knew and they could have corrected the mistake. I know not all customers are pleasant or patient but I would have been fine waiting a couple extra mins to have my food made the right way.

Poor service. Did report it to the 800 number. Unsure if anything will EVER get done. What I do know is I don't do disrespect! My daughter wanted to go and grab her some food because I wouldn't be caught dead eating at their establishment!
Wrong order, no sauce as I was supposed to get, people were too busy to hand me my food (drive thru), no napkins. Not a huge order, so these issues should've been non-existent
Worst Arby’s ever been to curly fries mushy got the brisket flooded with bbq so bun was mush and the meat was dry but jalapeño bites was good and they forgot all the dipping
West avenue location doesn't have dine in at this time , only drive through service . Prices have always been a bit high but good was good .
Arby's of Jackson has best sandwiches compared to Lansing or mason! Great Rubens and french dip. Hot fries too
I love Arby’s it is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. But this is the worst experience I have had at Arby’s! I sat at the speaker for 15 minutes before having my order taken. I pull up to the window and I am told it would be another 5 to 10 minute wait for my chicken sandwich. The lady behind me gets out of her car and knocks on the window and ask why they aren’t taking orders the guy working completely ignores her and doesn’t come to the window. So at that point she drives off and I follow behind her cause I still hadn’t even paid yet. I called the store twice to complain and no one answered. Don’t waste your time at this Arby’s go to the one on the other side of town
