I give it 1 star because the waitress working is not attentive and isn't friendly at all. She barely understands me and doesn't listen to what I'm saying. I miss the other girl that was there before but I don't think she is there anymore.. the food isn't that great I was only going there because of the good service that I was given. I will be going somewhere else from now on
We had breakfast there March 14, 2022 had the Farmhouse Frittata it was delicious. Our waitress Katrina was so friendly and attentive. It was a great experience. We will continue to go to Anna's House of Pancakes.
We love Anna's. We go there 1 or 2 times a week. The waffles are great, and so are the Paddy Melts. In fact we haven't had anything that wasn't good. The employees are nice, and the place is very clean.
This one is tough. This place has potential, but I'll be honest with my review. We received complementary bow tie chicken noodle soup when we were seated. We both ordered coffee, which was cold. The chicken soup was good, but I would rather have hot coffee with my breakfast. I ordered the stuffed French toast, which was luke warm at best. We also ordered a Denver omlette, pancakes, and country fried steak skillet. Yes, we were hungry, don't judge. The hashbrowns with the Denver omlette were cold, and eggshells were found in the omlette; everything else was hot and very good. It was not busy at all when we went. French toast was good but even better hot(took some home and warmed it up). The waitress was very nice. So would I recommend...maybe with some improvements.
I Ordered bacon "extra, extra, extra crispy" and eggs over well....I don't like runny eggs or fatty bacon. Bacon came super far from crispy and eggs over easy so super runny. I pointed out to waitress. I thought she left to get a plate to put the food on. Instead, she came back and said the cook in the back said he didn't have time to re cook it. Yep....true story. And I was charged for the bacon and eggs, which I didn't eat. My husband told the waitress we wouldn't be back after she told us the cook wouldnt cook the bacon and eggs more and she said it happens all the time. I was going to give her a tip until I saw she charged me anyway. Super disappointed and surprised bc it has good reviews. BTW, there were empty tables so it wasn't busy. It was jaw dropping

We absolutely loved Anna's! Great food, fast service, friendly, helpful staff! Must try their Breakfast Quesadilla and their stuffed French Toast!!! Our grandkids said they wanted their Birthday breakfasts there!
Wonderful food and service. A real hidden gem. Really worth visiting.
I ordered the Stuffed French Toast with Strawberries to go and it went above and beyond my expectations! Can't wait until I can order again!
