Delicious diner type place. They serve breakfast and lunch and the portions seem very large. It is a small place and it was very full when we got there. If you can't get seating then you have to wait outside for the next position to become available as there is no wait list and no reservations.I was recommended the Club sandwich by a waitress and it was enough for lunch, and leftovers for dinner!

We were prepared for the sidewalk line on Saturday noontime in August. The dining room was close, but our table in the front by the window was comfortable. Service was slow and not very attentive. Food was good.

This old time diner, complete with counter eating, really has pretty good food. It's not 5 stars, but it's good home-cooking. The wait time during the Tulip Festival was crazy, but we were told at the hotel that they were pretty much the only actual breakfast place in town, unless you wanted a bagel and coffee. We went back for lunch another day. Definitely would recommend.

This restaurant is small but busy. We had a wait outside for about 15 to 20 minutes but it was worth it. Would recommend this restaurant for breakfast every day. The fruit pancake rollups were outstanding as was the cappucino and offered a refill to go.

We were lucky as the line outside was not too long. We ordered omelet/pancakes and a sandwich. Fabian, our waiter was excellent. The food was delicious, portions good. Definitely worth the short wait!

We stopped here for breakfast because our hotel only had a crappy Starbucks. The interior looks like it's from the 1950's, but the service and the food were both good. You have to wait outside until they let you in.

About ten minutes wait to get in, and even longer wait for our order but breakfast was good enough with decent portions. Crowded during the Tulip festival , very small bathrooms.

Very good food. Portions are large. I got the fried chicken salad with blue cheese, Pecans, apples, cranberries and Fuji Apple vinaigrette. It was excellent and filling. The place is bigger than it looks but fills up quick.

Everyone we passed said "Go To The Windmill, you won't be disappointed"! They were correct!! Salads were nice sized and fresh, Reuben was delicious. We didn't have room for a cinnamon roll, but heard it is quite delicious.

Man what a great breakfast spot! The hash brown omelette is probably the best breakfast creation I’ve tasted and the fried cinnamon roll is to die for. Highly recommend and will be back if I come back to Holland! ?
