Food was good , friendly staff. Dinning area was clean.

Was in line at the counter for five minutes. Wasn't even acknowledged. Walked out. Culver's never has this problem.

1. Wasted my time by thinking this place is actually open until 11pm but when I showed up at 8pm the person taking orders said “we’re closed only two of us working”2. They should be either changing times online and put up a sign in the window stating they’re short staffed so closing early.3. The guy who was supposed to take the order (MOBILE ORDER AT THAT) said because he didn’t take our order he was able to say it was closed.

Went through the drive thru and had my order messed up which I understand happens however, when I parked to go inside to get it fixed the door was locked. There was a sign on the door stating the dining room was open with the hours. There was no sign stating why the door was locked during the normal business hours stated. So I was required to then have to go back in the drive thru line which was backed up all the way into the road. This is absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time, at least have a sign stating your dining room is ACTUALLY closed.

The daytime staff here all deserve a raise. They bust it out and are always nice.

Purchased biggie bags. Food came quickly, service seemed rushed. They need to get a fountain in the dining room for refills. I hate getting a new cup for a refill.

We go here 1x a week for lunch. They are always so nice. The dinning room is clean and the food is so fresh and hot. We just love every staff member. Keep up the good work!

Very rude service they took 50 minutes to give us our food and then forgot my large fry. The cashier never greeted us or said sorry for the wait or even have a good day. Even the manager that was there wasn’t saying anything when we were just waiting in line.

Very rude customer service. No good manners with employees. I understand there isn't that many workers but that doesn't doesn't mean you have to work slow. I've worked in fast food business and even when we never had enough people we never worked for worked this slow. And I also work 2 jobs Proficiency and efficacy Are my main goals.
