I pulled into this Wendy’s drive thru with a coupon for 2 spicy chicken sandwich combo’s. I asked while ordering if they could honor the coupon for 2 non spicy chicken sandwiches instead, and was told yes. When I got to the window, I was told one of the sandwiches HAD to be spicy - something about “the way their registers work” - so I was in a hurry but obviously not pleased. Really Wendy’s??? What do you really have to gain by forcing someone to eat something they don’t want after agreeing to honor the coupon? That was the single most disgusting sandwich I’ve ever eaten! WAY too much spice, and I’m not a picky eater! Could not taste anything but spice. And if that wasn’t bad enough, I asked up front for ketchup for the fries both at the speaker and the window. I had to wait for them to acknowledge I was still there to get the ketchup I had already asked for twice! Even worse, when I did open the ketchup packets to use them, the outsides were coated with some sticky nasty residue! No one wants this kind of experience at your restaurant! If I can feel that on the packet, so can your employees! Do better! But first, you’ll have to WANT to do better!
This location is badly managed. Missing napkins, ketchup, and I got my drink wrong even though in the receipt was written Ice Tea and instead I got a coke.Last but not least, when I went back to ask for mustard, and to get my iced tea, I had to wait for almost 10 minutes. When I finally got my drink and packages of mustard, those packages were filthy and sticky all over.The only good side of this bad experience was the Baconator that was literally delicious!So, it is up to you to decide if coming to this location and give them a try.
Clean store and hot and tasty chili and a great frosty! Yum.
The food quality has dropped since we first moved here 7 years ago. Now it's usually just grease with a side of grease.
Relative to other Wendy's this is a really good one. Clean and quick with friendly service
I usually love this place and their customer service. However tonight at 9pm on 1/31/2022 I had a younger kid grey shirt who was very rude and not at all someone you should have in your customer service. He had loud rap music using profanity that made it so you couldn’t even hear when making you order. He did not care about how he handled his customers. Very inappropriate for a customer service industry.
I just had the most rudest experience at this Wendy’s. Ordered on the app and went to pick it up, waited for 10 minutes and had to leave to get to work. So I called and asked what could be done since I didn’t get what I wanted and all the lady said on the phone before hanging up was sorry. I would if I could give zero stars.
The food was very fresh and hot
I like there food, but for some reason the Wendy's App will let you order, confirm it is paid for, then when you get there, the order is there, but their system doesn't record it as paid so you have to pay again.
Bad manager, he was very rude. A customer came in and said said they messed up her order but she just needed sauce to get back to work and the manager asked why then scoffed when she said she was in a hurry. He was giving rude looks to her the entire time.
