We were visiting from Chicago and Yelped for a new dinner spot to try. This place had a 4.5 star rating and was close to our hotel. Nothing impressive about the strip mall location or even the simple decor inside. However, this was certainly a diamond in the rough, a hidden gem! Upon entry, we were told we could sit anywhere we wanted by a young lady who was single handedly managing the front of the house. Her name was Amanda, we found out later; and she had such a pleasant demeanor and bubbly personality. The menu had so many items to choose from. We decided on the spring rolls, a spicy eggplant dish, the drunken noodles, and the Thai pepper steak. All of the dishes were amazing. We eat Thai often coming from the Chicagoland area but I have to say this is one of the best Thai places I've ever visited. The sauces on each dish were so flavorful and unique. 5 stars for food. Lina, the chef, came out to speak with us (as she did with the other patrons) and she was as sweet as her daughter, Amanda. 5 stars for the service. I think the only suggestion I would make would be to update the decor and perhaps add some color... Make it more inviting. If we ever visit the area again, we will definitely come back here. Future success to you, Lina. Stay sweet, Amanda! Maria and Rex

This is my new favorite spot in town. Their food is INCREDIBLE, their staff are friendly and always helpful if you want suggestions to try new items, and GET THEIR CURRY FRIED RICE!!! I will never come without getting Thai iced tea. Yup. Stellar. Try them out!!

When we first discovered this place, we thought it was a great place. The food is good. However, after about 5 orders they started having problems. We frequently would get the wrong orders and have to go back there to get the right ones. One of the times we had to go back twice to get the right ones, so we stopped eating here. We recently decided to try it again and put in 3 orders. Only 1 of the orders was correct. The other two had the right number on the menu, but the name of the dish wasn't even on the menu. We called and they said they misunderstood us on the phone the first time and they would make the correct ones and we could pick them up. This was 7:45 pm and they were about to close. Upon getting home with the orders, we discovered the two orders, while still not being right, were actually for some kind of third dish not even close to what we ordered. By then it was 8:05 pm and they weren't answering the phone. I left a voicemail to contact me in the morning and asked for a refund because we never got what we ordered. They still have not contacted me about this issue. So, they can't get orders right and they don't offer anything, even an apology when they get the orders wrong TWICE. I don't recommend this place at all if you want to get what you actually order and get it the first time you order it. This place is a mess.

I live way out of town but a close friend lives in Holland and last time we hung out we picked this restaurant because it the closest Asian place. We were both blown away by the quality of the food and the customer service! I've had plenty of both Americanized and authentic Asian food (and all inbetween) and this is definitely one of the best Asian restaurants I have ever eaten at. Yesterday when on my way to visit the same friend I picked up lunch for us from here and the food was just as good as last time. The crab rangoon is the best and freshest I have ever had in my life.

Let me start with how great the staff are!!!All the food we ordered was so tasty and best I ate in recent times. I was about to take half of my order to my wife who was in car taking care of our 9 week puppy. Staff was kind enough to let him in while we ate our food! Glad my wife did not miss out fun!

Excellent food and the owner is one of the kindest people we've met in our culinary adventures! You can tell how important the quality and presentation of each dish is as the flavor and freshness was top notch. We had crab rangoon (AMAZING), chicken satay, chicken pad thai, beef pho, and chicken vermicelli. Our next trip to Holland will definitely include another stop at this gem.

this was my first time here. we ordered lao papaya salad medium and it was very good. second dish was rad na seafood and the portion was enough to share for two. I had kao poon and it was better than what I had expected. all the dishes were flavorful but not over powering. Service was excellent and I would definitely go back.

Both mine & my daughters FAVORITE restaurant. My daughter calls it "the soup store" (pho) ? we come here weekly, if not bi-weekly, but yes the food is amazing! The staff is super friendly & welcoming. We been coming here for well over 2 years & not once have we had a bad experience. Love Taste of Asia!

Great restaurant, true to its traditional cuisine! Pad Narok lived up to its billing as flavorful, the green curry (Gang Kiew Waan) pleased my mother’s demanding palate, and my wife’s Spicy Pad Eggplant knocked her socks, gastronomically speaking. Amanda did a great job, walking through the very broad menu (all online, so bring a large screen phone/pad). Really good Asian restaurants are such a rare and welcome treat in SW Michigan. Definitely on our radar for whenever we are in Holland.
