I know this is a chain restaurant and most chains are the same no matter what but this location has such great staff. They're always so nice and I have never had my order wrong here.
Always love my taco bell...they are always fast and friendly... cant say enough about this place!!

They messed up our order. First left out burritos..then we realized after driving off they forgot my other kids 2 burrito. We went back n they gav us the side eye?

they are awful. 90% of the time I order the vegetarian option and I always end up with meat in my stuff. if I order black bean, I end up with ground beef. and if I order a cheese quesadilla I end up with chicken. I get that it’s fast food but how hard can it be.
This TB location West Shore Drive, Holland. Has quite frequently this year has failed to follow special instructions for our food. Which is sad because it used to be our favorite location. Our receipt has the added items but the food did not
They can't follow their own instructions. Ordered two speciality steak crunch wrap. Received two regular bacon crunch wrap. The store did not notify not having any ingredients either.
