One of The worst Taco Bell location I have visited, there were 20-25 cars in line for drive through which closes at 12AM midnight, the staff abruptly came out at 11 PM saying the 2 cars close to drive through get food and others won’t as they would be closing soon before time.That’s not the worst part, they refused a kind request from a pregnant lady to use the restroom and food which is unheard of, they were rude and mentioned to use a gas station couple of miles down the road instead.Stay away from this place!!!!
The drive thru is extremely fast. The food is well prepared and the staff is kind, considerate and professional.
Made this review 5 years ago at this location and they used to be the slowest Taco Bell in Holland. Now I would say they are the best!But the Waverly and North River locations need to be shut down. Disgusting food comes out of both of them. Super unprofessional staff. Can't even call it dog food. The West shore location is passable, typical taco bell.Not sure if they got new staff at South Washington location but keep it up! You put the other locations to shame! Food is awesome!

Taco bell is Taco Bell. For me a guilty pleasure from my high school days that remains. This particular store I have never had a problem with and would say is above average for Taco Bell. For me the place to go for breakfast amongst fast food.
Really good food and they have some nice $5.00 deals.

Last week my order was messed up, I called and I believe her name is April, she was very apologetic right away, said id get a coupon for a free item/id receive my meal i ordered that had been messed up, came back a week later due to them not having the coupon book yet, I called and asked she told me to come right down and she would help me out, which she did very much, never have had someone so nice and caring in the food industry, especially a fast food place, and whenever she's working, she's always so chipper and its nice to have that some where!
I ordered a chicken taco and a chicken burrito. Those were fine. He ordered three steak tacos, Fiesta potatoes, and loaded nachos. He got the nachos. He didn't get the potatoes at all, and all of the tacos were chicken, and inexplicably, one was hard shell... So... Yeah... It's already overpriced and we all know we're paying for convenience, but we didn't get anything even close to our order, so we're even more disappointed than we had already expected to be, based on the miserable quality of our previous orders.P. S. We also asked for mild and medium sauces. We got two packets of mild, about a dozen hot and a couple of Diablo. That was the least of our issues, but disappointing nonetheless.
