Kid did not wash hands or wear gloves. Told him the sandwich I wanted and he went to put on a different chicken, I said thats not what I ordered and he mouthed off saying that’s how it’s made. No people skills. . Then he tried to Overcharged me
The guy who worked at 7pm something didn’t take time in making the sandwiches and rushed it like he just wanted people out kinda had a rude attitude with my fiancé when he asked for less pickles on his sandwich. Just bad service for this time around. The 3rd shift when my fiancé and I come during that time does an amazing job with for food but this time around just terrible Service
I tried using their order online and pick up app and it kept glitching. When I finally got it to work and submit order I went to pick it up, only to find it never came In and was the wrong date. I asked cashier to cancel order for the next day and make it now. he said only I can cancel the order, but it doesn't let me no where on the website all I have are confirmations. There's no number to call for customer service. I tried calling the store Again for new person to help, but no one answered. I was not given my receipt and ended up paying 2 times for the order with no way of a refund. Horrible experience.
Riley location great service. Friendly and courteous. I recommend this place for great food.

Not 24 hour. Apparently they are closed from 3-4am. Guy walked in from smoking and said no to making our subs. Might of been good information to know before driving all that way. Thanks!
Please have your employees with very long hair to completely tie it back. Girl had very long braids, they were in my sandwich as she leaned over to get stuff. Then used her gloved hand to push braids back.....it wasn't cool.
This is no doubt the best subway location in all of west Michigan. Best staff. Best service. ?
Had to call them 3 times before someone answered and the delivery driver just took off with my 20 he didn't even know how much I owed just told me too look on the recipe. Nice class act you guys got going on.
Waited five minutes, and no one showed up to serve me.
