Starbucks is seriously having issues. I plan to call chain and hope to get an answer from the manager. Now, i realize they are not related but first attempted to go through drive through on southside 17th street location. Since hours are not updated online, they were closed.\ Next, I decide to drive to the northside Starbucks. Huge line so I figure I will run in Target to gran Starbucks. 8:37 and they close at 9. Worker was cleaning and told me they were closed. This is crazy. Manager please check with employer and reply. This was Saturday night the 3rd.

Stopped in to get a pumpkin spice latte and I was not disappointed. The service was timely and I was out the door quickly.
I walked into this Starbucks today and 2 of the Baristas were sitting on the floor behind the counter. Seriously these young ladies need to learn some basic manners. If you are too tired to stand find a chair please....not the dirty floor. And please be sure to use hand sanitizer or wash your hands. Not what I usually see at a Starbucks but I also usually go through the drive through.
