Lady running the front was rude..Over charged me, gave me a gift card..Coffee was Terrible..I think I should have waited until I received my stuff to correct her..First time ever having an issue..The usual crew is awesome..
Fast friendly service. Always get my order correct every time and the baristas are friendly.
Disrespectful baristas. I actually used to be a shift supervisor with Starbucks, so when I politely asked about how a drink was made with a full cup of ice I was hoping for a reasonal response and maybe accountability. The barista at front of house used a condescending tone to explain that it was a tall scoop of ice, something I happen to be very familiar with - There are even lines on the cup. I had to explain once again that I was given a FULL cup of ice, with little coffee. She again rudely responded to "ask for light ice next time". Disappointing experiences are sadly increasing at this location.

Used the app and accidentally drove to the wrong Starbucks. The staff was very understanding and made our drinks anyways! We called the other Starbucks to let them know and they were also very understanding and thankful we let them know. Overall Starbucks in this city have extremely friendly employees. They were all working so hard too!
I am a huge fan of Starbucks coffee.Their service needs some work. That is why only two stars. I asked for a straw with my cold drink and they refused to give me one. Said management said we can't...What are the straws for if not for the cold drinks? Their drive thru is also extremely slow. Best bet is to order ahead with the app. Save yourself a lot of time.
