Management keeps their trainee's tips, and put no effort into completing training. Most of my coworkers were banned from keeping their tips.
This is one of the nicest Starbucks I've ever been to. I personally do not drink coffee and every time I go to buy my wife a coffee I just tell the barista to make their favorite coffee exactly how they like it. Usually I get weird looks and a very generic coffee. This time the two girls that worked there were extremely understanding and helpful. And my wife loved the drink! I would highly recommend :)
