This was my go to place for coffee, but they messed up my order for a whole week like 5 days in a row. I really couldn’t do anything because I work an hour away from Holland so I just had to drink what they gave me. Last week my coffee & breakfast sandwich was wrong. So I called because I couldn’t eat that sandwich the bread was too hard and I have braces. Today they messed up my coffee again, like why I don’t understand that makes me so mad cause I start my morning in a bad mood!!!
I went to get coffee yesterday morning before work and when I pulled up to the window I noticed the cashiers were laughing to each other. I didn't think much of it, so I took my coffee and went to work. Once I got to work I was drinking it, and I felt a hair in my mouth. I pulled it out thinking it was one of my hairs since it looked like my hair color, and continued drinking my coffee. I then pulled another hair out of my mouth, took the lid of my drink, and mixed it together. When I pulled my straw out there were multiple pieces of hair stuck to it, and the more I looked the more I found. I called the store and told them what was going on and they offered to make me another drink, which I declined. I don't want to think it was intentional, and at the time I didn't, but the more I think about it the more I think it may have been. I am just not sure why, as I have always been super respectful and nice when I go there for coffee, and this time was no exception.

Every time I come to this Starbucks the service is amazing! The employees should be able to accept tips on the card reader. They are all extremely friendly and provide great service and deserve tips on the card reader. Also, Rachael is fantastic!
Great service this afternoon, the guy was pleasant and helpful when we wanted a less sweet coffee and danishes after we initially forgot them.

I was super impressed by the service tonight. Super helpful and fun baristas. They let me just describe my dream coffee and crafted it for me, with a beautiful leaf design on top! When they charged me for the custom drink, they made sure that they found the best price for me (my drink is similar to a few options on the menu).Then as we were working away, they brought us a couple of complementary cookies! Yummy!I never buy the sugar cookies because I think they’ll be dry. But these were AMAZING. So buttery. And the icing isn’t just powdered sugar like you’d expect, it’s white chocolate. I will definitely be getting one of these the next time I come in.Overall I felt very welcomed.Thanks so much!

This is by far the best Starbucks I have EVER been to. The workers are so kind and always asking how my day is going. They are very respectful and ready to help if I have any questions. Every time I come, my day is instantly boosted, I look forward to seeing each of the employees each time I come in. The manager even took the time to learn my name, which made this Starbucks feel so personable! And - the drinks never fail to be delicious.
