Unfortunately, after several weeks of the restaurant being closed, we notice on their FB page that they are permanently closed. No more information than that. Oh well....

Best Asian food in the state of Michigan. West Michigan for sure. Nothing better in Muskegon to Grand Rapids to East Lansing. Good is amazing. Quality is even better. You won’t regret it. LA Nard is the best. Chicken wings. You name it. Curry everything.

No stars for flavor. The fried rice has no color and or flavor. Only ala-cart on menu therefore you are stuck with multiple purchases. If only one good comment could be is delivery was on time.

5 stars for the food, it was great, though I like it spicier. 1 star for the dining room and cleanliness, definitely room for improvement there.

I had the drunken noodles to go and they were *very* good: nice proportions of chicken, vegetables, noodles, sauce and Thai basil. I didn't specify heat level and the level was just perfect - about a medium by non- Thai standards. The two young people who took my order were friendly and efficient.I docked a star because the interior looked a bit dingy and the lighting and decor were not very inviting. But for take-out I highly recommend.

Great variety in buffet. I wish they had more than 1 dessert.

Just like any other concerned customers, I'd like to share my experience. One day ... I tried to call phone on file at 11:30am, attempted to call for take out order .. but, no answer. Ok!! Then I tried again 30 minutes later, still no answer. Hhmmm ?!! A coworker who happened her family member knew the owner, recommended me to keep calling. Maybe they're quite busy during buffet hours. Ok then ?. I tried to call again at 2:45pm (after "supposedly" buffet hours done) .. still same day. No answer!!! I'm like .. is this place open or not??? Tried again the 4th time at 3:45pm. STILL NO ANSWER!!! What in the world???? Then I tried the 5th time at around 5pm. Again, still no answer. Finally a little after 5pm, on my way to GR after done working, I decided to stop by this place to see myself if this place was even opened, just like shown on the website. I arrived and saw 2 cars in the parking lot and the "OPEN" sign was ON. So .... THEY'RE ACTUALLY OPEN!!! ??? Holy Heaven!! All I wanted just to order food for take out. When I went inside there were only a couple tables with customers who dined in. Only two tables. That's all !!!! And the male server was really slow. He wasn't rude, but he just said they're busy earlier during buffet and if I already placed an order by phone ... ??‍♀️??. OMG!! I was about to say .. well I tried to call after buffet hours but nobody answered, so how was I supposed to place an order by phone .. but I decided not to say it ??. While I was waiting for my food, I heard the phone by the server's station kept ringing off the hook and the server just ignored it. That's the issue there!!!! Yup!!! Food is good, decent, and the price is fair, but the customer service is disappointing. Business owner needs to recognize this issue and fix it if they want the business to remain open, attract more customers, and keep the business going. Specially while we are still fighting this pandemic, take out orders might be what customers prefer to choose rather than dining in, until we're pandemic free. Good food but bad customer service will not attract customers at all ?. So I guess, if I am really super duper craving food from Siri Thai, I will just drive to the place myself to see if they're open or not ??.

Inexpensive and good thai food. Fresh spring rolls are huge.

The food is delicious but it is useless if the customer service does not meet our needs. In times of pandemic, most of us choose to call and ask for a take out order and the phone is never answered. What is the point of having a business and not serving the customer?!!

Honestly the best thai food in the area hands down. However it's impossible to get it. Their number often doesn't work, they rarely pick up the few times it does work, and their hours are all over the place and do not match their stated ones. Would love to eat there again... but can't. Thai Avenue is a close second and makes a good substitute for those looking.
