Five dollars for a lemonade doesn't sound too bad when there are free refills. But if you wait half an hour for the refill and don't have anything to drink with your food, it is very disappointing. The food was good, but the service was very slow, even though they weren't busy and we saw the wait staff stand around and talking and looking at their phones.
Went for family dinner, big mistake!!! Fish dinners no taste and old oil, whiskey river burger dry no bbq sause, mad my daughter sick, monster burger dry little taste, salad brown lettuce. Fries almost raw. Now let's talk service. Multi requests mayo, bbq, drinks, fries. Let's move to magement, blew my wife off when she reported problems. Normally they are good tonight one step from er city.
Greeted right away! I brought my 15 and 16 year old sons, and warned our waitress (Lisa) right away that they can eat and loves fries! LOL She was outstanding after taking our order, she sent their first basket of fries. He then stopped another waitress (Mianini) and asked for Ketchup and she smiled and got him some more, even though she was not our waitress.Very friendly staff, professional, quick, did not have to ask for refills. 100% best choice for a restaurant.
Been here several times before and went out of my way to try something new, and I was not disappointed by the new fondue burger! Cooked wonderfully, with the side bowl of fondue feeling nearly gourmet in taste. I also got some of the pretzel bites and found them to be crisp and delicious. With excellent food, attentive wait staff that were always available to help, and a wonderful atmosphere. Red Robin's is one of my favorite places to eat!
Brought my daughter to enjoy her free kids meal coupon on a Saturday noon ish. Not too busy but steady. Our server, Elise, was fantastic. "She was really good and ordered our food really fast. The best server I've had at Red Robin!!" -8 year old rock star? Food was hot and fresh. Service was fast and friendly. Thanks again guys. Keep it up!!
Overall not great. Dined in with a friend and my three kids, ordered milk shakes and three of the four came to the table with no whipped cream, had to ask for straws and grab our own napkins from the server station, side salads came after the entree and only got one of the two ordered and the second was supposed to be Ceasar which the waitress suggested to me but couldn't bring out because she forgot to put the order in so gave me a house salad instead, paid extra for the garlic parm fries and they had like a tiny sprinkle of cheese on them, French onion soup was inedible, never refilled the "bottomless sides," not sure if it was a concentrate that didn't have enough water added or what but very very salty. Waitress would disappear for long stretches; at one point, I thought she must have finished her shift and left. When mistakes were addressed she seemed apathetic to the whole thing. It was a Saturday night, it wasn't super packed but not empty either, would have understood if she was new maybe or if the place were slammed or if she offered any kind of communication about the sub par service. The burgers were decent at least and my son enjoyed his wings.
Burgers were great! Fries were cold as was the server ? We only saw her once to take our order then someone else delivered our food. We had to ask them for our drinks also-
Food was pretty good but the service wasn't very good at all!! I can't remember our waitresses name but she wasn't interested in waiting on us at all!We have made Red Robin one of our favorite stops on our journey North over the last few years and that may be coming to an end after this stop.
It was eh. Burger wasn't that great. Service want as attentive as should have been....
Server was great, good was not to great, wasn't even busy and took a hour to get food.
