Dirty restaurant. There are many blue towels on the floor by the drink dispenser. The roof was leaking and wet floor but no caution sign. Trash was over flowing. Supplies were sitting on the tables in the hallway going to the bathroom. One of the bathrooms was out of order and the one that was still open was very dirty. There were pieces of tile and dirt build up by front windows on the floor. One good thing was the food and portion sizes.
I have NEVER had a good experience at this qdoba. The workers are always rude, never toast or cook anything correctly, everything is always out of stock, and the store is always messy.My quesadilla isn’t even cooked, everyone working had a bad attitude and were mistreating customers. When I got over to the drink station I got sweet tea out of the container labeled “sweet tea” to only find out there was no sugar in it. I brought it up to the register woman and she said “ok” and shrug her shoulders with a nasty attitude. This was not the first bad experience I’ve had there.
We prefer Qdoba over the other place in town but it wasn't perfect. Very busy so our online order wasn't ready at the pickup time. Rice was just plain white and not the cilantro lime advertised. One order was missing some toppings so had to go back but they made that right immediately.
Slam dunk. I loves me some QDoba and this location did not disappoint. Thanks!
I eat here once a week. Today I came in and they were out out of white cilantro rice. the staff responded: "why can't you eat brown rice" What!!??? Because I don't care for brown rice and it's not what I ordered. Like they didn't want to cook more?? the staff said well I guess I better make more then.... I then asked for a new tortilla and chicken when the rice was done, so my food wasn't cold, and they were miffed about that too! I could believe the disrespect to customers. and this is the only food restaurant I have entered where people are not wearing facial coverings while making food. Not impressed. Then the staff charged me extra, however this was a honest mistake and was corrected, glad I looked at my receipt.
One of our favorite place to get food when out and about. And their chips and queso are to die for.

Horrible!Forget what salt is or how to use it?Literally tasted what oatmeal tastes like before you add sugar, salt, honey, whatever.... Slimy, bland, terrible! Their black beans taste like they were fresh from a can unrinsed.Went there as a last resort. Next time I'll just skip the meal.
In the past two years I've had some bad experiences at this Qdoba, but in recent months I've been there 3 times and each was a good experience. It appears they are making improvements.
Excellent Service. And the food is awesome too! I actually stopped in because it was a great alternative to 5-Guys. I was greeted by smiling staff who went out of their way to be helpful. Other fast food places should take lessons from Qdoba in Holland and provide great staff with great attitudes. We will be back!!!
