Eating in the shop is great. Every time we order take out or delivery they mess it up, and there’s not a quick way to give feedback.

A pretty good sandwich but be prepared to wait a while for it if it's busy.
Ordered a $10 sandwich and it barely had any meat or toppings…. Unacceptable!
I usually love potbelly and they have one of the best mac and cheese but I wasn't happy with my BLT today. The bacon inside it is almost all burnt and even the bread looks and taste burnt.
Super clean restaurant. Nothing compared with the neighboring food businesses. Food was pleasant. The decoration on the wall was super pleasing to look at. Definitely will be going again.
