A bit torn.Panera is good, but each location interpret differently how to be a community citizen. Many Panera's have taken the small step of replacing plastics straws with paper-based (which last for days in liquid). The alternative paper straws cost pennies more (and sometimes less). We asked the location to consider a more conservative alternative. The manger claims Michigan legislature ban "bans on single-use plastic". The location mis-intrepret the law (which bans local govt from restricting plastic, not companies).Regardless if intentional or from ignorance, a company determines their priorities and if they will take personal reaponsibilty.I don't think the folks a this location are bad.But I hope they will reconsider and care longer term for the next generation to thrive around our Great Lakes.
AMAZING. MUUUUAHH*Panera's done it again-- I ordered the egg and cheese on Brioche and the egg white avocado spinach sandwich.Cooked to perfection and just the right amount of everything. 10/10 recommend!I ordered this through grubhub and have been placing the same order the last several times. Grubhub did an amazing job getting it to me so quickly and I would HIGHLY recommend both of these sandwiches.Thank you, Panera and Grub Hub!
So my girlfriend and I went there last night and she ordered the same mac & cheese she always gets and never has a problem and I ordered the mac & cheese sandwich but instead I got a grilled cheese sandwich and both of us got sick about two hours later and we both are very very sick since last night today. We are guessing food poisoning we both got cheese some thing so we think it something wrong with the cheese. We never usually have a problem getting those things but both of us are very sick
Placed an order for bagels, the night before pickup. Paid for, got confirmation. Arrived next morning to find they sold some of the bagels I ordered and paid for.I had to settle for others. Clerk told me it was policy to sell what they can to walking traffic, ignoring prepaid orders. Hmmmm.
While visiting the Holland Tulip Festival, we stopped for lunch. it was a to-go order. After we left, we discovered a salad was missing from our bag. we went back, and I was back in line behind probably 6-7 people. The cashier noticed me standing there with my receipt, excused herself from the next customer in line and walked over and said to me, "I see you have a receipt, is there was something wrong with your order?" She helped me right then and got my salad. I was very impressed with that customer service! Thank you
The food was lack luster at best for as much as we paid I thought the food would be worth it cuz of how much I was told their food was great, would give more stars but the soda machines were too carbonated but at the same tasted like straight syrup idk how to do that but somehow they managed to. Store was a mess and workers seemed on edge and a lil rude
I'm a delivery driver and more than half the time I get a Panera order they end up taking the tip vs the driver (me) getting the tip. I've had this proven by customer asking if I got the tip and showing them no I didn't get it, Panera kept it. If you want Panera delivered please just go through the doordash, GrubHub or whatever delivery service to ensure your delivery driver is actually the one getting your tip.
I really do love Panera, but sometimes it’s just a miss. The Turkey Bacon Avocado is a great sandwich, and the food is always fresh and hot. I wanted to try French onion soup for the first time and so I ordered it and when I opened up my rapid pick up order it was literally a cup of broth with onions. No cheese or Croutons like they state in the description. For a $6.29 that’s what I was left with. ?They’re overpriced and don’t have room for mistakes honestly for the price you pay.Bread bowls are great to take home and serve your own soup in. Fruit cups are overpriced.Use their app and you’ll find some benefits, plus it shows what’s in stock and what’s not in stock so you can know what you want ahead of time. Sometimes they’ll even run promo codes to look out for.Edit: Their curbside is incredibly slow. 20 minutes for a cup of coffee that is from their free cup of coffee program. Ended up having to call in for them to come out.
Went for a fundraiser for my daughter's school. I have had there food for different events but I have never ordered. The food was good will have to try more of there menu
A clean restaurant with friendly staff. A great lunch experience for our family in town for Christmas. Nice fireplace on a cool winter day
