Not a single car in line, told 8 min wait for egg rolls... been sitting in parking lot for 10 min waiting for our meals, out walks lady telling me it's going to be another 10 min for another meal we ordered. 30 min of waiting and no food!!! Absolutely horrible service!!!!! Do not recommend anyone to eat here. This is not the first time waiting here either...
I order the honey walnut shrimp and chow mein everytime from Panda Express. The past couple times, the food has been disgusting. It's been reheated food that's at least 2 days old. The shrimp and veggies are complete mush. Some of shrimp were raw in the middle. The chow mein is dry from being reheated over and over again. I want my money back. 42 minutes for 4 entrees and 3 sides.I do my best to not complain but showing up for pickup for an online order, being told 5 minutes left... and then serving 13 other orders before I got my food....with groceries in the car.Just not gonna go here again.
2nd time out of 2 that they didn't even fill the plate. There is maybe 1 serving with rice from yesterday
This location appears to be a work in progress. Several visits in the past have been disappointing. But as of my last visit I was impressed with the accuracy of my order, the friendliness of the drive thru staff, and the food was even fresh for once.
Half normal portions from a normal panda order and the food tastes more like char than chicken. And the only smell I am getting is overpowering onion.
Ate here 1-9-22 bout 1pm. Walked in 3 people mulling about. Lady greeted us so I think, couldn't hear a thing she was saying including when repeating our order. They where cleaned out from lunch, understandable, but not doing anything to replace, not cool, like hey maybe no one else will come today why make more. Says its gonna be 7 minutes for what we think we ordered. 15 goes by not a soul in the kitchen. Gal comes out prepares a pickup order takes off outside, noticing what I had ordered is ready to rock with nothing being done. Manager asks me whats up. get food. Wife opens hers, big black hair on top of the noodles, look over and 3 staff looking on and giggling and pointing. Call them out on it and manager tries to rectify saying o wait 7 min for new noodles, we left, didn't even care to wait for the refund. Love Panda Express, Not this one
I officially will not be eating here any longer! I used to love this place. I ordered the beef and broccoli with noodles and received burnt noodles with two small minced pieces of beef!!! Definitely not worth the price. Time to shape up Panda Express
Terrible first experience. Too long of a situation to post. However, I have to say the food wasn’t bad when we eventually got what we ordered. Well almost everything we ordered.
Drive through takes a bit of time, especially with the dining room closed. Food is decent too, not the best Chinese in town, but not bad overall. Friendly staff though!
