The taste is on the border, but not above the border unfortunately. The chicken fajitas we're just OK. Its the seasoning that's leves somthing to be desired. The chicken was cold better than Chili's and the drinks are really great! I highly recommend pina Colada very delicious strong alcohol content be warned. I found this place to be too expensive for what you get
The manager on duty on Sunday, John M. April 24th at 6:00 pm, as well as the bartender both need attitude adjustments. I work down the road in a restaurant so I understand stress is at a high level but don’t punish your staff and don’t ignore guest because of it! The To-Go person, Alyssa was AMAZING. It sucks when you have great staff and poor management that ruins the experience as a whole. I was ignored by the bartender until she so graciously pointed me to the other side of the counter to be acknowledged. The manager was very rude and it was very evident he had better things to do. Learn to Lead by example!
I really like the food here and the last time we were here, the service was great. But today, our food took forever and it wasn't even busy! The couple that came and sat behind us after we were already there got their food before we even did and then the server finally came and said "oh, we're out of beef." Really?! By that time we already waited almost an hr and my daughter fell asleep on the booth seat. And the pineapple margaritas were mostly juice. We didn't even feel a little buzz and they were $10 each. Ugh!
Yes, I did order the melon margarita ? I ordered it when my lunch came. My lunch was 1/2 gone when she brought it. I see 4 customers from where I'm sitting. As far as the food goes it wasn't what I expected for a beef enchilada. Didn't resemble Mexican at all.
We had a great lunch. Our server/bartender was wonderful. She had a great personality and took really good care of us. The young lady that greeted us at the door, not so much. She acted like she just didn't care.
This was a great place to go on a Friday night after work, enjoy a drink and some good food! It was very lively and the food was very tasty! Had enough to take home for lunch the next day.
Great dining experience. One of the only places in Michigan that do not charge for extra chips and salsa. Food was fresh and fantastic!! Service was excellent ?
This restaurant is run poorly. We ordered online to pick up on Dec 26. When we got there, there were hardly any customers and the emplyees were extremely scatter brained. We finally got our food and walked out, then realized they forgot our drink, so we had to go back and get that. Drove all the way home to find part of our meal missing. We called to tell them and ask to be refunded for our missing food, the girl said "oh yeah, we're out of that item"...ok, so did you want to tell us before you allowed us to pay for it and drive home? Also forgot the sauce for our shrimp appetizer. She said she would provide a partial refund for the items they took money for and didn't provide. It's now been 6 weeks and it appears they are going to keep my money, which is actually stealing! So, here's my bet: this restaurant will be shut down in the next tear and a half. Mark my words, I call it everytime! Very poorly run and the food is mediocre, not even as good as I remember from 10 years ago. There are many authentic Mexican restaurants in the area (which were closed this day), go to one of those. Don't eat here!To the "manager" who promised our refund, great job! You have one of the easiest jobs in the world and can't manage to complete basic tasks! Enjoy my 6 dollars!
The atmosphere was very nice, brisket tacos were extremely good. Beans were a little stiff but edible. Salsa was a little spicy for me, however it was good.
There were only 2 tables with customers, but the host told us there would be a 15-20min wait, because they were short on staff. I asked if we could just sit at the bar, and that was fine, just funny. They had over 200 to go orders today, and were down 2 cooks. So beer was cold, bar tender was on it, and the food was quicker than we expected. Good flavor, and large portions.
