Nice place to eat noodles.Highlights:* Good ambiance* Friendly staff* Huge menu within budgetMust try:* Cheesy garlic bread* Japanese pan fried noodles

I will try to give them the benefit of the doubt since it was a festival weekend, however I would expect certain standards to still be followed: the restrooms were both out of toilet paper, the waste receptacles were overflowing with trash onto an adjoining table, the Coke freestyle machine was out of a majority of products, tables were not being cleaned, and when they were told that we did not receive something we had ordered, we still did not receive it until my wife went up to the counter to ask for a 2nd time. Also when I did receive my food, it was bland because they put all of the sauce on the bottom layer of my entrée. Once I mixed it up, it was decent.

This has been one of the worse Noodles and Company’s I have gone to. The quality of food gets worse every time I get food from this location. My last straw was tonight when the noodles in both me and my bf’s food were still hard. Completely undercooked. Our potstickers tasted absolutely terrible like they were old/stale. They were also missing stuff from our order. I won’t be returning to this location.

The first time I went, it was SO good!Other times, not as much, and the last time, I waited 5 minutes for the staff who were who knows where. So it's inconsistent unfortunately. I go back a lot because of one dish there I really like and get a craving for. It's never bad service or bad food. It's just seems inconsistent.

First time here.....liked the shrimp scampi & chicken Alfredo. Generous servings. Dining area is ok....typical fast food atmosphere.

Food great, Be prepared to bring your own sanitizer wipes they don’t clean their tables. By the staff no hair nets or hats

We were greeted by a young man with a smile & took good care of us. Their food is very good & we would recommend to everyone.

Grew up eating Noodles and Company, this past experience was surprisingly disappointing. Everything seems cheaper and blander, not even the same type of noodles for the macaroni. The flatbread was dry and only half of a piece. All 7 dishes were boring and as if we got them from a hospital cafeteria. I can’t express how disappointed I am after countless happy experiences for years and years to now this. I will try another location before giving up on the chain entirely, hoping it’s just a fluke but wow this food sucked this time around.

Upon arriving to the business during open hours (7:45 pm) all entrances were locked with no signage on the door regarding why the doors were locked or information on how to enter the business.. Employees observed us waiting outside and nobody came to let us into the business. We had to wait for a customer to come out of the business to go in. When we walked up to the counter we were not greeted by employees but employee behind the register said we are only accepting online orders at this point without knowing that we had already placed the online order. Said employee went out of her way to talk down to us and it was incredibly rude.It was obvious that the employees were avoidant of servicing customers and went out of their way to make it inconvenient to be a patron at this business. Food was great however service was incredibly poor at best.

Tables were dirty hard to find a clean table where we felt comfortable to eat. Food was good.
