Horrible customer service. Rude at the intercom when ordering. If I am ordering and I'm the customer and your the employee I'll tell you most likely I don't know the menu like the employee does. As I pull around I could hear them laughing about me and talking about what I had said. I have been coming here for more than 10 years and I have been served by the owner and she is very nice! When I gave her my card she never told me how much it was nor did she speak a word to me. All for a hotdog and a gyro. I won't be coming back sorry.
Great food but service matters, if you want great food and great service don't expect that here. The food is amazing. But what ruins the experience is the rude staff, that is willing to tell you that they hate taking orders over the phone, or that if you say you "want everything expect tomato's" then it's not "everything" and not to say that. Their hours do not match their posts so always call ahead of time. But do remember they will purposefully not answer the phone bc they hate taking phone orders. They place would get so much more business if there staff was pleasant. If you work in customer service then do your job right. If you hate it, get a new job.
The food is delicious and the staff are kind! They take their time to get every order right and it shows! Highly recommend!

Great food but the fact that they don’t offer any delivery through any service is pathetic. It’s 2021 and they are way behind the times in meeting the evolving needs of thier customers. In this day and age you have to go out of your way to avoid evolving. They have apparently done that.

Food was fresh and tasted great. I couldn't call my order in and only the drive thru was open. The line was wrapped around the building to the road. It was worth the wait but I waited about 30 mins.
What a great place to stop and get some authentic Chicago style foods, obviously with a Greek base. The gyros was excellent on the gyros plate. Their Vienna hotdogs are awesome. And the hand cut fries are epic!
Normally I love love love their gyros, but today I got gyro meat the resembled hamburger it was chopped so much, no tomato on the sandwich and it’s MUCH smaller than it was before, but no price difference. Come on Kozaks, don’t go downhill!
Really the only flaw here is that it's small so you are going to have to wait. Great dogs and gyros. Yummy!
