I had chicken nuggets and some burgers over a week ago and have been fighting what my doctor believes is salmonella. Nuggets from this McDonald's were the very last thing I was capable of stomaching and I've been unable to eat a single thing since. I'd call and demand a refund but $2-$4 for some nuggets or a coupon probably won't do a thing for me. I write this review in hopes that the nuggets are cooked for others because this is absolutely miserable.
Went inside. Could see they were short staffed but stood at counter 35 minutes. Then the employee walked up and said we are short staffed you need to place your order at kiosk. Really?? You saw me standing here within three minutes of my arrival. I placed the number seven order and after 15 minutes received my food. Wow 50 minutes at 9 pm at night. Very disappointed. My visit 2 weeks ago much the same but took my order after the long wait, only to be told sorry no cash inside, you will need to go thru drive in.??
Ordered. two cars ahead of me in line. Takes minutes to get to the pickup window. Dude tries to give me a diet coke. I ordered regular. He turns, pauses, then gives me the exact same drink. I figure his diet coke statement was a mistake. I wait 4 more minutes tor a simple coffee with sugar and cream because they didn't have the coffee cups stocked and ready.I got home to cold food, undercooked chicken nuggets, burnt yet cold fries, and a diet coke because the jerk at the window didn't want to fill the right drink.Ill be driving to a different location from now on, as this experience isn't out of the ordinary at this location.
Burrito was good. Disappointed with the glazed donut - was not warm, came in a little bag that easily smashed the donut.
They messed up but they let my company in to eat when the lobby was closed. And I got 3 burgers 2 free because they messed up twice but they were all good. They just accidentally gave me a plain. And then one with onions. But good experience they made it right and more
none of the workers talk to you, and if they do they’re rude as heck. says they close at 11 i show up at 9:30 and they’re not open. my iced coffee is always made wrong. smh
Went through drive through they wouldn't give me a receipt and told me I needed to leave. They were in too much of a hurry to follow their own procedures but it still took 15 minutes to get a happy meal.
I was glad no see all my food in the bag, which was cool but my frys were old and I couldn't eat them
The location of this McDonald's results in them being busy most of the time. There is often a line for the drive-thru but they are pretty quick. I've found using the McDonald's App improves my experience. I can order and pay online and then choose either drive-thru (give them a code) or curbside (they bring you the order). Remember working in a fast food environment isn't as easy as you may think. Try to give workers some grace.
7 minutes before close. Mine and 2 other cars turned away because they’re closing early. Pull up to the window and manager has drawer in hand giving me the cut throat sign. When his employee proceeds to come over and open the dt window, he tells her not to. So NO food & NO explanation.
