I like McDonald's. They have really good food. They offer the usual McDonald's and they also have seasonal food selections. There is a very slim selection if you have food allergies or religious requirements, but I have heard of them in select stores in certain areas and other countries as well. They also offer healthy alternatives to some of the selections in the main menu as well as the kids menu.
This location is usually quite busy but nonetheless offers as prompt and accurate a service as can be expected.
I thought decently of this place until:1. The teenage cashier immediately dropped the f-bomb while ringing up my order and didn’t apologize, just laughed.2. My chicken sandwich had chicken and bun, nothing else, on it.I will not be returning to this location.
Great people and good location! Fast food is a hard job, and they deserve credit for doing it right.
I asked them to make sure I had reg honey and bbq in my happy meals!!! Because thats not what was on my receipt after he asked me 3 times what kind of sauce I wanted!!!!!! She took the happy meals back and I still ended up with ranch and sweet and sour!!!!!!!! How is that bbq and honey????? And i asked at the window!!!!!!!!!! Riley street mc donalds you need some work!!!
I ordered two quarter pounders one with cheese one with no cheese and extra onions did not get the extra onions how do you screw up a simple order like that
Ordered a medium crispy chicken meal. Line went pretty quick but the fries were cold and the crispy chicken sandwich came with 1 pickle.
I come for breakfast almost every day, today was the last day. The customer service has always been bad, but today it was awful on this Sunday morning. To be training at drive thru, mad at the CUSTOMER because YOUR computer system won’t pull up my mobile order that’s pre paid for.. then slam the door in my face when I try to fix the issue. NEVER AGAIN! the worst McDonald’s in Holland. River is 10x better. Go to Riley if you want to wait long lines, have awful customer service & the person in front of yous order. What a joke!
Breakfast items on the app show unavailable when driving through at 5:30am. The ladybthat hands the food out likes to argue that you didn't place an order, even though you've just paid at the first drive thru window, and have waited in line.
Went to one of my local mcdonalds and ordered an apple pie. The sticker said enjoy by 2:55pm. I thought it was fresh until I realized they tried to take the old sticker off and covered it with this one. I had an apple pie that should have been thrown out at 9:58am. I went at 12:30pm!
