Didn't appreciate being told to wait extra after mobile ordering when there was no one else in line.And I especially did not appreciate your workers consistently misgendering me after handing me each bag of food. Now I understand this happens, BUT it's another thing when you intentionally do it. And to have your coworker snickering in the back like it's funny. Who I am is not a joke. I did nothing but pick up food that was mobile ordered. I do not feel safe coming back and would advise LGBT people to stay away.
This McDonalds is ridiculous! Waiting on 1…1 chicken sandwich in a parking spot for 7 minutes! Finally got it and fries and sandwich is cold!
Perhaps the least busy McD’s in the area. Ordered off of the app prior to arrival. Sat down and waited about 5-minutes for the order. Food was up to expectations. The store was very clean and has ordering kiosks inside.
Ordered a quarter pounder no onions the lady was training a new person and said we don't have any onions in the store so don't worry about putting no onions. I get home and lone and behold onions not just any onions dehydrated nastiness. Thank you for the BS experience
Good McDonald's although frappe machines are always down at night which is normal for cleaning
I realize this store as many are is working with reduced staff, but my fries were soggy and cold. Not a deal breaker, but I've not ever had this at South Washington location or 8th Street

I visited this McDonalds at 2 in the morning Sunday night after spending time in the ER room with my GF. I was starving and didnt want vending and rarely even go to a McDonalds and was Leary after reading these reviews. Well I am a picky person and I cant say enough good about this place on this visit. There were about 9 cars ahead of me and I was afraid it was going to take forever but much to my surprise before I knew it I was paying. The AA Gentleman greeted me like he was actually glad to see me which is not the norm for a 3rd shift anywhere. He was fast and polite and smiled as he said to have a great night. Little did he know what I was going through but his professionalism was second to none. I dont go to most McDonalds because the food is always cold or greasy but this location hit the ball out of the park. I wasnt going to put a review on but it sat in my head for 3 days now and They need to get their just recognition. Say what you will about them but I will go back if I am ever in that spot again. Thanks to the staff!
Only used the drive thru today. Not real happy that we couldn't get their app to work properly and receive our points for the visit, but the food was fast, and hot! Overall satisfied.
The only McDonalds I’ve ever been to that charges for Mayonnaise. It’s a standard condiment. Not like it’s prepackaged .
