ordered 2 orders of crazy bread and was dry and no butter...that was today and they replaced it and those dry too...I worked there when I was a kid and we never had that problem...why chinsy with the butter... Don't think I'll be going to this one again...why can't you get one thing right...one of the cheapest and easiest things to make

Last time I went for food, I pulled into the drive-thru at 5:05pm for 1 hot-and-ready and 1 order of crazy bread. I was told it would be 10 minutes. I pulled up and parked in the parking lot to walk inside and wait (as my only info was "it's a 10 minute wait for pizza"). As I'm walking in, some other car is in the drive-thru, getting a pizza (less than 10mins later).There is a line of 2 people ahead of me inside. I had to wait for the employee working at the counter to help them, plus the 3 drive-thru orders he is alternating between. I was forced out of my spot in line, to wait for five more people, only to finally get a pizza and be told "we don't have anymore crazy bread."No "sorry for the inconvenience," no compensation in form of a coupon or otherwise. Nothing. No remorse.Tonight, my husband went to grab a pizza, and again, a 10 minute wait (this time just before 5:30).How hard is it to have pizzas ready for a dinner time rush? How hard is it for the employee at the front counter to communicate better? English is his first language, there's no excuse for this piss poor service.

Had some bad experiences at the little Ceasars. This time we had no issues. Ordered on the app, no line in the drive through. Pizza was ready when it was supposed to be. Ordered was correct.

Really bad experiences I actually went 2 days in a row to try and get a basic hot and ready both times pre- prime time being between 4 and 4:30. The kids working were sweet and hard working but it was so clearly a testament to non management. Day 1 I was sent out of the drive thru I had just waited in for 20 min and told to come back through on 10 min when I asked if I should come inside and wait in line, I was told not to and just re get into the drive thru. Knowing this was dumb and getting back in line would take forever and likely result in me not getting pizza but waiting hours I left. Giving it a go the next night I was told it would be 15 min this time. Not waiting in the parking lot I went inside to see the problem. First there was an entire wall of hot and readys sitting there, so why I was sent away is insane. The poor girl at the front could not move anything for ordered orders or move those hot and readys so everyone sat there. The girl would just go back and forth from the front to the back in a daze. The portal wasn't being utilized at all. The multiple kids in the back kept making food and boxes when one just needed to come up and help the girl move people out. I don't know whether this is a money laundering, or what but they clearly don't want to sell pizza.

I’ve been there 3 times. First two times no cheese pizza. This time, they had around 10 pizzas on hand but “their manager” said they couldn’t sell any until they filled up the rest of the case. They turned away 8 people in the time I was there. Really poor experience. Originally this was a desperation spot for me, now I don’t even trust it to be that.

Bought 2 pizzas 2 cheese filled bread sticks with 6 jalapeño cheese. I sent my roommate to grab it, and got everything but my sauce. They sent him with 6 Marinara sauce. I can tolerate some sauce, but I'm allergic to tomatoes, so that put a damper on things.

The staff at this Little Caesars location is the most unprofessional, rude group of individuals I've ever experienced in a customer service setting. There's a reason this is the lowest-rated restaurant in the entire Holland area. Don't waste your time or money. This place should be shut down. Ownership clearly doesn't care, they've been receiving these types of reviews for years now and nothing happens - even the same staff remains!

I would not recommend this little Cesars to anyone by far the worst experience I have had at a little Cesars. I walk in and mind you it is nowhere near closing time but they say they aren't taking any orders at all. What type of pizza place isn't taking in money when it's the middle of the day is beyond me. Then I get a couple hot and ready and ask how long it's been out no response and then on top of that I ask to speak to the manager and it's this dike who has her sleeves all rolled up as if too intimidate someone. Lol just pathetic!

I ordered 2 Extra Most Bestest Pepperoni Pizzas tonight through the pizza portal. Brought the pizza home and both were SO over cooked. Took the pizzas back and asked for a refund. Got the refund but the manger was very rude!! Wouldn’t give a copy of the refund receipt nor let me take a picture of the receipt. She grabbed the pizzas in a very hostile way and stormed off to the back. Never got a copy of the refund receipt for proof of credit. VERY RUDE!! Never coming back again. Not going to get treated this way. Bad customer service!! Most of the time when I order pizza there the pizza looks terrible. Over cooked and they NEVER cut the pizza right or at all. If I could I would give them ZERO stars. They freaking need to close. Worst pizza EVER!!Also want to add while waiting seen one of the employees set a dirty rag in a pizza box and take it out. He put a pizza in that same box. Nasty!

Worst service ever. Staff is ridiculously rude. I ordered over the phone an hour ahead of time but when I arrived, I had to wait another 30min because they lost my order twice. Staff had no idea what to do. They all seemed to be high or something. Will never ever return. Multiple customers had similar issues while I was there. Completely unprofessional!
