Pretty good with the rush tho on Fridays sometimes but it's minor sometimes they mix orders ? last time I had ordered 1 pepperoni and 1 cheese then when they gave it to us I had 2 pepperonis but it's okay cause it barley happens they're funny and they're good workers
The few times I have been there nothing but rude. Rude is a understatement also. Pizza’s seemed to be slopped together and not much sauce or toppings also. Would and will be driving to another location.
Some employees have poor customer service. Went inside to pick up a hot n ready and the first employee said they if you want pepperoni you'll have to wait. No problem, we'll get cheese. Than the same employee was frustrated as her register was down and didn't know what to do. Thankfully another employee stepped in and took over and rang me up at the takeout register. Ironically when responding to the 2nd employee to what we wanted I asked for pepperoni if you have it or cheese if you don't and she instantly pulled out a hot n ready pepperoni.
Poor customer service! I placed my order online to be picked up inside the store. When I arrived there lobby was closed, so I had to wait in a long drive through line to get my order. I tried calling multiple times to see if someone could just bring my order out to me as I had already paid for it online. No one picked up the phone even after dozens of rings. If the inside portal is not an option the site just be updated to state that. At the very least someone should be answering the phone.
Butternut St. location is a life saver es especially on weekends when everybody else is out or closed for the day. Still can get great friendly service and great food. There may a line but it goes at a reasonable speed. I give a ?and I recommend this place 100 percent.
Waited about 20 minutes in drive thru only to find out they had no special combination pizza as promised to be "hot and ready" and they refused to take any orders for it. So I asked for 2 pepperoni. While I was waiting for him to take my $$ an employee comes up to him and says we are out of pizza and you can only give one per car. So he then refuses to sell me more than one pizza like I had already asked for. Moral of the story...order way ahead or better yet.... don't go to this Little Cesar's. Hot and ready doesn't exist there .
First of all the employee at the window was pleasant and doing her best despise being “short staffed”. I placed an order on the app and chose to pick up the pizza in the lobby because I didn’t want to wait in the drive thru line. When I got to the store, the lobby was locked, so I proceeded to wait in the drive thru line for 25 minutes. If I had known that picking up through the drive thru was my only option, I would have either gone to the restaurant a lot earlier knowing their line is often very long or chosen a different pizza place. I understand restaurants are short staffed but then they need to adapt to the new world we are dealing with and communicate differently with their customers.

LET ME TELL YOU! I went to little caesars in North River Holland Michigan. I ordered pizza portal and found the lobby was closed. Now staff shortages I get it HOWEVER the sign clearly states pizza portal orders only. I signaled and knocked cause the drive thru was very long and was told no I needed to wait in the line. Called, was told need to wait in the line. Even though the sign says I can get it in the lobby. Called again to cancel my order was told I couldn’t cancel it! What the actual heck. Little Caesars you NEED to do better I have never been so angry in my life. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
Tried to place an order at the Chicago dr location but wouldn't take my order. Called this location and they made it seem to b normal for them not to take orders if they were too busy. I ordered 2 lrg. Pizzas 1 with everything and 1 with stuffed crust and 2 crazy breads, they wanted $40+. What the heck smh
