Lots of choices here. Plenty of chocolate (if that's your thing), plus ice cream and a few other goodies as well. Definitely worth the stop if you are in downtown Holland.

Under impressed and over priced! Staff not friendly, but did their jobs. Daughter got the chocolate and was not a fan (more of a cocoa powder like flavor than milk chocolate)-she is 7 and loves ice cream, so we had to buy another one we were more hopeful she would like, she did thankfully! Glad I did not get an ice cream. I got 2 pieces of chocolate and the guy asked if I would want them in a bag-yes, please! Thankfully my husband only got a single scoop so he could eat the extra chocolate! $25 for 4 ice creams (for 3 people) and 2 tiny pieces of chocolate! We love South Bend Chocolate Factory and will plan to support them more in the future. Ice cream and chocolate were ok, not bad but nothing to write home about for sure!
Great place to stop and get some fudge or ice cream. Just like the one at the Mackinaw bridge.
What can I say, its Kilwins- one of the best ice cream shops there is. This location was no different. You expect rush as it is in prime tourist spot but the store churns out customers quickly, just like their ice cream. Amazing flavors too
I always love stopping by this Kilwins whenever I'm in the area, and I have for years. The smell of the fudge and candy and ice cream forms a wonderful wall before you walk in, but of course importantly, the fudge and ice cream are absolutely delicious, and the entire staff is so incredibly kind. Highly recommend you make a stop here!
Kilwin's is known for it's great chocolate and this store upholds that excellence. The atmosphere is friendly and of course, the candy is yummy!
I loved the chocolate! the customer Service was amazing! the girl helping me was so kind and patient when my kids wanted to sample almost every ice cream flavor. I highly recommend
OMG!!!!!!!! They make fudge like the island!!!! The have caramel corn with chocolate drizzle on it..... Truffles...... And Chocolate covered everything!!!!!! I'm not playing..... Twinkies... Oreos..... Homemade marshmallows..... Cherries.... Strawberries..... Everything!!!!!
Wow, we loved all the store made treats. If you have a sweet tooth then this store is sure to satisfy. Kids will love it and adults will enjoy the selection. We will definitely stop by next time were in town.
