And two of our orders we got the famous bowl and it had no gravy in itThen when we went back to get two more famous bowls there was maybe a tablespoon of gravy literally I don't know how in the world you can have mashed potatoes without gravy and it was incredibly dry because there was no gravy
Worst KFC ever. You cannot order via the KFC app. Drive thru speaker is terrible. They screwed up my order. I called to talk to a Manager and was treated incredibly rudely. Where is the next closest KFC? Grand Haven?Notice that management never responds to the frequent 1 star reviews. They don't care.
05/05/2022 I stopped at the KFC in Holland, MI on Lakewood boulevard...there was *NO ONE* in the drive thru and no one sitting inside. At the drive thru speaker, the KFC employees didn't ask for my order but stated there is a 25 minute wait for ALL chicken. I said, that's fine and ordered two pot pies...the KFC employee said "there isn't any" I asked them to make them, it normally take 25 minutes to make, I've waited before for them to be made...the KFC employee said "the lady that makes them isn't here"...I asked if they had a list to follow telling them how to make them...the KFC employee said "no!"...sounds like they just didn't want to work and are trying to make that owner go bankrupt. .
If I could give a negative 10 stars that would be too good. Worst service ever of an KFC in 50 years. 20 years of going tho this one it used to be ok. Past few years with current manager I've had to argue with him over my order being wrong and getting home with dried out unedible garbage that was under the heat lamp from lunch to dinner hours. Took it back showed manager a d he says " so whats the problem " I tell him and he says looks fine to me so I asked him to eat it. He then smuggly gets me new chicken. Too many times with this manager. Never again!!!
Another flawless adventure to KFC. $35 worth of chicken fingers and sides for my family. Fast and friendly.Don’t let this distract you from the fact that Hector is going to be running three Honda civics with spoon engines, and on top of that, he just went into Harry’s and bought three t66 turbos with nos, and a motec exhaust system.
Born and Raised around KFC, been to KFC in 8 different states, 9/10 times I love it their - Yes sometimes something happens that makes me wonder but I go back.. Ive been back to this location 5 times.. 5. not including the 3 times they where closed BEFORE 8pm when the posted on door says 9, website says 9 and google says 9. Set that aside.. 1/5 times Ive enjoyed the food. Today was the worst of it all, showed up at 2pm with a line of cars waiting to get DRY over cooked chicken, with no meat on the chicken, paid 19$ for dried and flaky original style chicken. Before that I could see that hey held the mashed potatoes under a heat lamp per-packaged as it was brown on the top - late night but I don't care. Previous to that they just simply got the food wrong and again dry.. only 1 time was it juicy and tender with the original style breading that Ive come to enjoy across the county.. I will never goto this location again. Stay away. - Customer service is Par, - Just give me your order and move to the next window. - No energy. Only during the day did I find a pleasant staff 1 time.
Very good food, sometimes they run out of chicken. Check your bag before you head home.
First let me say...I have loved Kentucky fried chicken my whole life, That is until I moved to Holland back in 1998. Sadly, Holland has the worst KFC I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. This particular franchise is the Detroit Lions of KFC's. They find new and exciting ways to disappoint with every interaction. I understand why their dining area is still closed "due to Covid"....The health dept. probably should have had them close it long ago so no loss. What I don't understand is how you can mess up the most recognized chicken in the world for decades and still be in business "That's just Holland I guess". The chicken from this particular store has never..NEVER! been cooked properly. When you order a bucket of chicken you're lucky if 40% of the batter actually sticks to the piece of chicken...Most of it falls off in the bucket. Then the chicken itself is usually slimy and bland. When you actually do manage to get a piece where the batter sticks to the chicken it looks nothing like the product from the good KFC's in other cities. I still can't believe people eat here, but hey ..maybe it's the insanely high prices that keep people coming back for more. I would give most KFC's four stars because of their chicken alone, but I thought this place was worthy of the only negative review I have ever wrote. Thank god Holland is getting a Popeye's next year.
The chicken sandwich was very good fresh fries were nice and hot never had issues here always get everything correct friendly and fresh
I dont understand why every KFC is in slow motion. They do know how to do chicken but wow. It almost like they hatch your chicken special, let it grow and make your food when you order... if only i could preorder
