Just make sure you get what you pay for. 3 out of 5 times you don't get sides that you pay for. I have personally paid for atleast 8 sides of kicking ranch sauce that they don't give you. Pickup or delivery

Love there subs one of the best especially there turkey sub so good

I've been eating at this location for nearly 15 years and it's usually good, so we decided to try the new summer wraps last night. My SO got the beefy ranch one and I got the chicken Caesar. The beefy ranch wrap was nothing to write home to mom about, but was generally fine. However, the chicken Caesar wrap was made with what had to be canned chicken, as it had the same mushy texture as canned tuna, so if you're expecting (and would enjoy) grilled chicken, I would give this one a miss. This is probably more of JJ's just releasing a gross wrap as opposed to an issue with this specific location, though I will say that they also didn't make my wrap with ANY of the customizations that I had requested, which I could have overlooked more easily, had the chicken not been so thoroughly unappealing.

Soooooo slow and not very pleasant.

I really enjoyed their 9-grain sub bun, but they no longer offer it - and their wheat bread just isn't the same, or as good. I've left two locations empty-handed - thinking they were just out of the whole wheat bun - before learning that they don't offer it. Too bad - JJ used to be my favorite sub stop.

Terrible costumer service, a bunch of young Immature kids.We used to go there a lot For lunch break but they won’t let you in without a mask, which is fine if that the rules I just don’t want to deal with it so I prefer to go somewhere else.Last week one of our employees was in there and watched a young employee Antagonize a customer as the customer was trying to leave, because he didn’t have a mask, the costumer was very friendly, but the kid was very rude and even some of the other employees joined in laughing and bullying the he costumer, even after he had left there were still calling him names and laughing witch in turn made other costumers leave.The store needs a real manager not a bunch of immature little kids .Reading through the reviews I see that seems to be a trend at this location
