Apparently it's not only okay nowadays to charge an arm and a leg for food, but it's okay for employees to say literally one word to their customers. Dude told me my total and that was it. Handed food to me without even looking at me. Won't be eating at this location again.
The lobby is closed... but wide open to walk in...?? I had to go through the terrible drive though that is probably the worst drive through spot ever. It took me longer to go through it then it would have been to order and pay the ridiculous delivery fee.Plus side.. sandwiches are always good and the staff is usually nice. Oh! And there is always free smells ?

They do not read the special instructions and totally fudged my order. Putting in things im allergic to. Then when I tried to call the shore, they never answered the phone.
Third time in a row that they've got my order wrong. I've had almost zero issues at other one's but this one is horrible!! Only request all 3 times was none of the regular vegetables that come on it but i wanted to add hot peppers. Not a difficult request. Having worked in the food industry my whole way through college i know getting this order right isn't hard. Like i said, I've had almost zero issues at other Jimmy John's and like their subs but the staff here either doesn't listen or just doesn't care.
According to the manager at the 16th street Jimmy John’s it is completely acceptable for the driver to leave your food in the empty front lobby without a phone call alerting you that it has arrived. You have to specifically request a phone call or you won’t get one.Bull.We’ve been ordering from Jimmy John’s to our work place for years. We have always received a phone call when the driver is here. Today they decided to leave our entire order up front where anyone could have taken or tampered with our food.When we called to let them know, we got excuse after excuse. I don’t understand how leaving a customer’s order out in the open is okay. Even on busy days/times, communication needs to be provided.
The person who patiently waited for me to find my card for pmt and asked “is there chips in there?” Ab my order once they handed it to me to double check was so thoughtful! I was grateful for their patience and the fact they were so humble to ask and make sure so that way I wouldn’t be without my chips. After a long day working from home, it’s good to go out and have a good service experience, thanks for being you!
The Jimmy John's phone app is not user friendly. The manager will be rude to you if you pay for the pickup at the door. Jimmy John- fix your app and show respect to your customers.
