The main reason that this review is up to 3 stars is because my server -I believe their name was Jaz- was so sweet and nice. They were absolutely lovely! On the other hand, my brother and I had a pretty lengthy wait (almost 40 minutes during a seemingly not super busy time); our dishes were also not cleaned completely. My brothers dishes had grease all over the bottom and crumbs leftover from other foods on the side. My dish (of only buttermilk pancakes and chicken) had green stuff (probably guac or something), yellow egg crusties, and pink (jelly?) all on the rim and close to the edges of the plate. My chicken was a little burnt but I didn't mind it greatly. I understand that life sometimes happens so things won't ever be perfect, but I do prefer for my dishes to be thoroughly clean, haha!

Ordered today on Uber Eats. We asked for all sausage but they gave us all bacon. They also forgot the hash browns.Honestly, I know it’s petty to write a review for this, but it is SO ANNOYING when a delivery order is wrong because you can’t just ask for them to correct it.Do better. It’s not that hard to double check a delivery order

Took my grandchildren for breakfast, party of 5,Worst experience I ever had!Ordered drinks, hot tea for me with extra sugar and small milk!Drinks delivered, no sugar and milk, okay bring it backPlaced ordersMy turn, ham and eggs or with hash browns crispy with a English muffinNo muffins, okay I will have rye toast, no rye!! Fine wheat, got white without hash brown cooked correctly, undercooked!Sugar finally brought to table without milk!!!!!Sorry we have no milk!!!!!!!!Are you kidding me, I managed restaurants most of my career and if you have issues you go to the store and get milk!!!!!!Because we had spent the night at a hotel,I had milk in my car and had to bring it in to even have a decent cup of tea!!! Grandchildren begged not to speak with the manager,Left disgusted!

Saw the manager drop a lid of the Tabasco sauce on the floor didn't clean it off and put it back on the bottle and brought back and sat it by the other bottles totally unsanitary

Everything was way overcooked. Couldn't eat much of it because I just don't like burnt food. Im not one to call and complain and ask for a refund, it could of been a new cook, my mom and I went there a couple weeks ago and it was great.

Service from our waitress, Viviana, was amazing. Second night as a waitress, she was on top of it and so polite and helpful. Food was good.But, there was not enough staff, no dishwasher so we didn't have silverware and had to use the to-go plastic, and it took almost an hour for us to get 4 easy meals.

A terrible on-line ordering experience. Out of 4 items ordered, 1 was completely incorrect and 2 were not even in the bag I was handed (and it ends up they hadn't even been made). We should all be giving lots of grace to restaurant workers these days, but this was not one of those cases. There was no one else waiting in the restaurant and the staff wasn't that busy. They were just incapable of reading and preparing an on-line order. The food is not that good (and there are too many other options available) to wait an extra 25 minutes for an order of french toast that was forgotten about.

10:45 am Thursday! Worst experience. 8 waitstaff walking around. Five tables seated and 15 people waiting for over 20 minutes to be seated, while the staff stood around talking or counting their tips. Not worth your time to even go there.

Service was great food my play wasn't too tasty but everything else was good

Long wait to be seated and waited on even though restaurant was not busy. Waitress (Susana) said more than 6 times that she would be right with us. When she finally came to our table with her trainee, we commented that customers should come first since we had been waiting for some time. She then told her trainee (within our earshot) to just be nice to customers who treat staff badly. She was not friendly when serving us and our order was not correct and eggs not cooked to our specifications. We did not bring this to her attention. We also were not rude by expressing our opinion about the slow service we were receiving. We feel that she was not a good role model for training new employees and will not return to this restaurant even though the food was pretty tasty.
