Good value for the price. The order staff was friendly and courtius. It was clean and the ac definitely worked! It seemed to take a while for the food order but I would rather wait a bit for fresh food.
Good breakfast food and fast service. Fresh food not just kept warm under a light waiting.
My husband an I always make it a point to stop in and have breakfast, sometimes lunch. Depending on the time of day. You can't go wrong with either. Staff is Friendly and the food is second to none in fast food business. Keep up the great job ?
Burnt frys.Stood in line for over 10 min. Apparently the only guy who knows how to work a register went on breakBut the Frisco burger is amazing.
This place rocks! Wish they had more locations in Michigan. This one is in a truck stop, but they don't let that limit them one bit. Great food! Great service! Always fast, and the fries always seem to be piping hot!
Worst experience ever usually go there every Tuesday and get a chocolate shake this time was different there is only one car in front of me I waited to just have the person take my order through the intercom asking me to hold on literally sat there for 10 minutes waiting by the time they actually came to the intercom and asked me what I wanted I explained to them about the chocolate shake they told me, okay a minute later they came back and said our shake machine is not working again I waited there for 10 minutes!!! just for them to take my order Hardee's will never get my service again...
the guy at the counter was either just weird or was having a bad day or something. I don't remember Hardees being as good as it was though... that chicken sandwich was amazing.
We were greeted as we walked in and the lady who took our order was courteous, funny, and polite. We did have to wait about 10 minutes on our food but I don’t mind waiting if it means my food is hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean and the fountain area was well stocked.
Well the Manger took care of me. I explained my complaint and was more so asking for a resolution. So I order onions rings and they tasted like total unediable food. I brought my concern to the Manger told her what I order. She told me that that's how there onions ring taste like now and that she even stop ordering them after Hardee's change them from beer batter to just breaded. I never new about this change but apparently some Hardee's have these unsavory breaded onions ring now. She offer to replace them with curly fries. Which I said ok. But she continued to go above what I expected by refunding my order and remaking the whole order with the included sandwich. I will mark this place as a place to never order onions ring for my future reference. But it will also be marked as a store that goes above and beyond my expectations for resolution of problems with food quality. I liked there Chicken grill sandwich. The Chicken saw tender and the apple pie was good. This was my first time at Hardee's. Thanks for a good meal.
