Went there because Culver’s was lined up out to the road. $16 for a cheeseburger and small fries. Only 2 other customers in the restaurant when we went at prime time. Burger was good but made wrong and I did not realize until I got home. Fries were skimpy, they gave me a very small size because that was all they had made and did not want to drop another basket. Won’t go back.
The burger was great. The fries were not crispy. I don't eat here alot so I'm not sure if they are supposed to be or not but I like crispy fries and they were not. They did taste good though.
Been told that this Five Guys is not as good compared to others. Rest assured, this Five Guys is just as tasty as the Grand Rapids locations. Great service from the staff as well.
My first mediocre experience at a Five Guys location. No shakes and the fries weren't good enough to finish. The ones I was served should never have crossed the counter because they were barely warm, limp, and soggy. The Cajun seasoning was poorly distributed as well. Some had none while others had enough to appear breaded.
The food is amazing. I will take off one star for it being so GD expensive. $16 for a cheeseburger and fries?!? Don’t tell me Dad I mixed meat and dairy together. Definitely not kosher.
I normally love five guys but my past 2 visits here were below par. My burger tasted like someone dumped salt on it and the fries were over salted way too much. The bacon on my burger was burnt to a crisp as well. Normally I dont complain but needless to say I wont be going back for a while.
Over cooked hamburgers were very dry. Fries are amazing. Half the staff wore their masks properly. I took pictures! If you’re handling good, learn to wear your masks, I know it’s not always pleasant but you have the ability to infect way too many people.
Just a perfect burger joint.Bacon Cheeseburger comes out perfect every time and three cajun fry the perfect compliment.Staff are pleasant and friendly.Would recommend.

Obama was right! Five Guys is one of the best burger places in the USA! How convenient that I can order online, drive there and the food is ready. Well… almost. They don’t start cooking the fries until you get there. Great Staff. Awesome Food. No salads!!! Check them out!
