The atmosphere is always so relaxing and cozy, and the baristas are always friendly, and I'm addicted to their lavender espresso milkshakes!
Ordered me a Chai latte and it looks amazing. Tastes fantastic too. I really recommend it. And the design to, just wow (wish I knew how to do this).

Out of all the coffee shops in the downtown area, I wouldn't say this one takes first place.The Coffee shop itself is overly modern. It has a marble-like white interior and wooden accent, with tables along the wall as well as seating at the counter. The room felt sterile, almost like I was drinking coffee in a hospital hallway.The coffee itself was very well presented. The designs that they manage with steamed milk are very cutesy and enjoyable. I tried one of their green tea options and there wasn't anything defining about it. it wasn't bad, but it wasn't unique.The service was dull, and unenthused. I came a little later in the day, so I blame a long shift on the wearisome attitude that I had received.The positive that I experience in my visit was the game of chess I had played while there. Having games like chess or checkers available while drinking coffee is a wonderful little add on, and brings life to any coffee shop.I would say that Ferris Coffee is good for those seeking shelter from the rain, and a pleasant place for studying when on break. But, If you want to really experience the "Coffee Shop Vibe," then there are other place in the downtown area.
I came at a very busy time last Saturday. Although, there was a slight mix up they went above and beyond for me. Great coffee and outstanding staff!
Ordered Nutella Latte and it was really great! Very good service too. Would surely come back for another coffee when I am in Holland again!

Easily some of the best coffee in Holland. I don't think I've ever been disappointed by a cup from here.
Great coffee. The selection isn't as big as the Grand Rapids location, but it's pretty decent.
