It was fist visit in Holland.Last time I went same in Jenison.I prefer here !More clean and the vibe was good.But I should know here’s potion so big.Soooo big !I brought some and at night, still yammy.❤️
Oh this place! This place is fun. Tacos are delicious. Chips and salsa promptly as we sat down at the table. Service was wonderful, food was great. I was called amego like 10 times and that's fun. Would definitely go back again.
Sat May 7 approx 2pm. Waiters and cooks were way overwhelmed with volume of business.. trying their best but just barely keeping up. Got our orders wrong.Food was nowhere near normal super high standards. Service was a joke. Prices were super high but owners were using cash to line their pockets instead of hiring and training additional staff.Used to love this place. Today we chose to bring out of town guests here. Waiter brought wrong order and argued with our guest. You embarrassed us, and brought us really blah food, after insulting our guests.Hasta la Vista forever El Rancho. You've now made sure we will never come back. And you used to be so damn good.
Visiting Holland for our first time. We stopped at El Rancho for dinner. Food was overall average for a bit more money than we would pay in Florida for a good mexican dinner. The flour tortillas seemed oversteamed or undercooked as they were soggy and chewy. Servers were very nice but slow. Even had to stand at the register for about 3 to 5 minutes waiting for an employee to get off the phone to pay our bill (which he ended up coming to the register while still talking on the phone to cash us out). I'm not sure if I would go back. Maybe next trip but for now, I will try other restaurants in the area. Giving 2 stars for overall experience.
The 16th street El Rancho is GREAT!Always hot food with quick service. The waiters are always so nice and the drinks are always so smooth!Happy hour is from 3-6 M-Th with gigantic margaritas ?Great job 16th street location! Food is top notch

El Rancho has great food. My family and I eat there (or now get take-out) every or every other week. The customer service they have is amazing! They get to know their customers and anticipate their needs. Last night when ordering online I forgot to add instructions and clicked submit. Within minutes they called me to confirm that one Burrito Loco was without tomatoes, the kids drink should be pink lemonade and that we wanted 2 Margaritas. All I can say "WOW!" and "Thank you!!!"
Worst Mexican food ever!Everything was bland and lacked flavor.The salsa tasted like watered down ketchup.The steak fajitas had hardly any meat in it with raw uneven cut veggies.No spice. No flavor. Small portions. Service wasn't great.Very disappointing. Don't bother going here, it's awful.
