We usually have a very positive experience at this location, unfortunately that was not the case this time. The flurries we ordered were half melted and the staff was rather rude when it was brought to up. We asked for it to be corrected and processed to get rude treatment. Finally they made new ones, we ordered 5 and didn't want shakes. Its unfortunate because we like this location. The staff appeared to be new from our previous experiences.
We went here for Blizzards and left also with food. I got a Turtle Blizzard young one got a extreme chocolate blizzard and oldest got a cotton candy blizzard. Mine was excellent. We also got chili dogs and fries. You could tell the hotdog wasn't the highest quality and it was hot and the chili was pretty good. Not the most delicious thing I have ever eaten but it was exactly what you expect to get for a chili dog from Dairy Queen. The fries were unsalted so ask for salt.

The food is good and have never had an issue as far as that goes but the many times I have come here every employee at the drive thru are rude and never have a friendly attitude like they hate there job
The food has always been fantastic here. We got typical fast food service at a typical fast food pace. My biggest complaint is that they don't have double doors exiting to the patio area (which is right next to table seating) and people would walk out letting in the cold air.
I love ice cream and have gone here for years. The last 3 visits I have ordered the same thing, chocolate dipped strawberry blizzard. First time, barely any strawberries and about 1/3 of the way through it, there was only vanilla ice cream left. Chocked it up to a fluke and not too upset. Second time, 3 days ago, ordered the same thing. Same problem. My family had gone through drive thru and brought it home to me. I called the store today, told them this experience. They said since it was not the same day, they would do nothing about it. My family brought another one home today, and it was within 30 minutes of when I called about previous days order. It was even worse. Pretty much a vanilla shake with chocolate pieces. I will not be returning here ever. 3 times and I am the stupid one for continuing to order and give benefit of the doubt.
I ordered 2 Banana Splits at drive thru and went inside to ask why all ads show a full banana and more ice cream. I wanted a remake insted they handed me a full banana. The manager had told the lady at the counter to hand me the banana.The young man at drive yelled at me when I asked him to repeat what he said. The older man inside thought the banana was a good fix... Never so humiliated.
Decent service. Decent food. Somewhat cheap. Not really anything to complain about but also nothing to make it 5 stars either.
Always a favorite with my family. Good food. Good prices. What's not to like?
