They can never seem to get the order right. After asking for my burgers to be well done they are always very pink in the middle. And my fiance is lactose intolerant... and they continue to load his up with cheese when told not to add. Very disappointing I love Culver's but this location isn't living up to the usual quality. ? I used to come here all the time and got a great quality. but something shifted in the last couple of months. Hopefully they will get better.
DISGUSTING!!! Every time i come to this store the food is either cold or burnt. I don't understand how you burn the food but don't melt the cheese. What horrible person burns food and then puts it in a box and tries to serve it, then refuses a refund? AND they raised their prices. It costs as much to eat here as it does at a nice sit down restaurant! Hard pass! I will never ever eat at this culvers again. DISGUSTING!!
Culvers is always a great place to eat. They have a nice selection of menu items and the service is always great.
Not a fan of the fries or the prices but the burgers were good. The managers attitude and prompt service made up for fries and price. Very intelligent, friendly, and a guy that gets things done fast.
This place is amazing! As a southerner moving up to Michigan, I can say that this place is definitely a place you should stop and try. The custard is amazing, think the most luxurious ice cream you've ever tried. It's thick and creamy with a nice mouth feel, no tinny-ness you can sometimes get with ice creams at places like dairy queen. The burgers are absolutely amazing, it doesn't taste like a premade frozen patty and the toppings are fresh and delicious. Think dairy queen but a hundred times better in every way.
Best Culver’s around! The food is delicious and the staff is wonderful, including Caleb from the register. He was so kind and outgoing, made our visit a 10/10!
Meh, this location is not one we'll frequent in the future - their prices are about 10-15% higher than Grand Haven/Allendale, and I'm pretty sure I'm not getting more food. Cheese was not melted at all on my burger, which is a first for me at Culver's, no Diet Dew at the fountain station.
Recently had an order that wasn't ok. So I spoke to a manager, and they more than compensated. These people are great and so is their food.
Ate at this location yesterday, and wound up with food poisoning all night long. Food tasted fine, but the shake was a little off. Could of been that, or the burger. It was the only thing I had eaten yesterday, so I'm pretty certain it's from the food here.
Love my local Culvers, lately though the service has been marginal. Employees act like me being there is an inconvenience to them. I get it, food industry can be tough. I work in the food industry, but I wouldn't think of treating my customers like they weren't important.
