My First experience at Hollands' Chick-fil-A was okay-ish . . the signs trying to direct hungry drivers where confusing. It was super busy but surprisingly the long lines moved fast.Ordered Chicken stripes;*Yummy juicy chicken breast stripes breaded & fried.>>Food Prices are too pricey on my budget through :)~
Food is hit or miss. Food has been oversalted and overcooked more often than not and it's pricy.This Food chain uses its profits to fight lbgt rights despite saying they wouldn't multiple times.The only reason i give it 2 stars instead of 1 is because they employ young adults and teens in a Christian environment.
Love the food and service is good. The place can be busy sometimes, but they usually get the food out quick. They also just started the fast lane for drive through orders.
Drive thru seems to not be able to get our order correct ever. Southwestern salad & Marketplace salad with chicken nuggets. We end up at home with grilled chicken breast and not nuggets in the salads …It’s really frustrating!We tried calling to speak to a GM as this location, as this has continued to be an issue and now is a pattern.The Voicemail for the GM isn’t set up. I went through all the prompts and was on hold for half a minute to not be allowed to voice my dissatisfaction with this location. I suppose the only course of action is to drive back up there to discuss it face to face with a GM?!Disappointed in the lack of customer service.Get it together..
Its Okay... the drive through and main restaraunt traffic Situation is confusing as can be! Sorry, but it should be labeled much better, or when you have to wait for your order have the person clarification perhaps!

I have never been to Chick-Fil-A before. So I decided to see what all the fuss was about, while running errands.I decided to go through the drive thru and there were workers in the drive thru lane, ready to take your order before getting to the speaker. This works to speed up drive thru, which is fine. The only thing I didn't like about that, is the fact I never been there, so I couldn't view the menu. Of course you can ask questions if you need to, just advise them you would like to look at the menu first. Or look it up online before deciding to go.I do admit, their customer service was great. You were acknowledged and greeted pretty well. They answered any and all questions.On to the food! I'm not a big fan of waffle fries, but they were descent here. They were not huge, came out fresh/hot and had good flavor. The chicken sandwich was a deluxe, minus the cheese. The toppings was at the bottom so I'm unsure if that's how they do things. Originally I thought it was over cooked and a bit burnt, but it wasn't. It could be how the seasonings cooked with how they prepare it. When I took a bite, the outside was crispy (not to crispy) and the thick chicken piece was juicy. It was surprisingly juicy/flavorful with how thick the chicken piece was.Is it a WOW place? No, as it's still fast food. Would I go again? Yes, even though I don't eat fast food much. I really liked the customer service the most. And the chicken sandwich was pretty good, better than a few fast food places with chicken sandwiches. It was a good first time experience.
Food is amazing except the last few times there fries are not as good they couldn't put a little more attention in these. We usually get soups fries and sandwiches and most of the times they get smash because they only use one bag for more than 9 items
This is actually a pretty good restaurant. The staff are friendly, the place is clean and they bring you your food when it's ready. They are also well staffed which keeps things moving. Only downsides are that it's often pretty busy and they only sell chicken (obviously). It would be nice if they had a couple extra things for kids like Mac and cheese or corndogs. It basically limits my son to chicken nuggets.
