My children and I couldn’t even order our food comfortably, when a young man who was NOT an employee started SCREAMING at us as he existed the BACK of the building. Walking to a car filled with friends, I asked if he was okay, he said yes and then got to his friends and had a good laugh. I drove off without my order. I won’t be back to this location.Beyond disgusted
Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes and finally asked for my money back. A guy with a grey dirty beard and dirty nails came to the window and wanted to argue with me about fresh food. I said it’s not the food it’s the wait and the attitude and I want my money back. He threw my receipt at me and then told me to get out of line, I asked for a new receipt showing the refund and he refused. I called Holland Police and had to file a report for my money to go to corporate with. Fire your staff or close this place.
If you like sloppy burgers with too much mayo and ketchup that even if you wanted to eat it you couldn’t this is the place for you. You guys gotta know that’s too much dressing on a burger!! Had to throw half of it away…. What a waste, never going back.
Haha...who owns this BK. Location could be profitable. Is this a Bk problem? I don't get it. They have good products and prices. Obviously people will still go with bad service. Don't get it.
Wish I could give a 0...make sure u have atleast 30 mins to spare when going to this burger king. And that's just to place order. Another 15 min wait for the food. Who runs this burger king?!?! Not to mention they don't have what u order off the menu. Menu needs to be updated!
They hire some of the dirtiest/nastiest looking people. Like the 2 weird guys on the day shift on the weekends. Dirty beards, dirty hands, sloppy whoppers...I wouldn't trust to even eat the food from there and I wouldn't recommend it...
I went to bk on Washington 2 Sundays in a row my food was cold bread was hard and my shake was watery both times I wouldn't recommend on the weekend guy came to the window with ketchup on his mouth with a mouth full of food it was disgusting I canceled my whole order would not recommend.
ughhhh. I just got charged 30 cents for a slice of tomato the size of a quarter.. and 2.40 for like 8 cold fries. highly disappointing!!
The Thursday night crew today was probably the best service I’ve had at a Burger King...ever. Thanks for the great customer service!
Went this morning at 9am through the drive thru was waiting for someone to answer no one answered I went to the front just to see that the workers were in their cars . They didn’t seem to care I was there . I pulled up to the last window thinking they would come in and help me and they choose not to . Also they were smoking instead of being inside and helping the customers. BAD SERVICE!!!
